This is the second time I've invested in a project here, and yet again, they’ve failed to deliver. They continue making excuses and have held our money for years. Now, instead of giving us the promised plots, they offer to return our money. What's even more frustrating is how they are being defended, instead of being held accountable for their actions. These developers took 40% in advance when they bought the land, so why can’t they deliver on their promises? Sure, maybe some additional development charges would be understandable, but they need to be transparent and deliver what was promised. This is basic fairness

RUDN didn't make any profits in the booming market as well. DHA VALLEY 2019 5 marla @ 7 to 15 lacs 2021-22 5 marla @ 30 to 55 lacs RUDN is just going down with nonsense pro dealer policies. As you previously mentioned, the general block's charm is lost in the rudn enclave, and the executive block are already over two kilometers away from the ring road. Considering the society lacks an NOC, what's the future outlook? I'd appreciate your insight on this matter.

Some info is missing, and let me add to it. ● Most residents might come in the next 7 to 12 years. ● Some growth will come with Ring Road, but real growth will come with urbanisation (urban sprawl) ● Take possession and use the space as a farm. Even if it's a 7 marla space, you can keep it as just a plot, too. ● Sell as soon as someone gives you some profit in 2 years. This time will come inshaAllah ● Get a tangible product instead of an intangible one.

@@RealUstadhow can u say it is second best sector. Have u gone through its map; no parks no playgrounds, very unhealthy living. Last sector coming from dha express way( if its build in decades time). It is so called over seas sector and we as dyo members paid 1300 $ more as compared to dyi members. Alsi we paid at actuall dollar rata all 14 installments where as dyi members paid 11 installaments at actual rate in 2011. Now dyi members are paying @ 94.5 rate. This is so called overseas sector. We paid almost 5 lacks more as compared to local sector blue bell. No doubt blue bell is best, if u look at its map it has got lots of parks and recreational areas. Bogenvella will be jungle of small concrete houses.
