What if Askari's had commercials within the vicinities ? I am sure with the kind of population within an askari, these commercials must have made loads on money either by self business or by rental income. May be for security AWT never introduced commercials within their housing colonies.
Similarly, DHA 1 Islamabad initially had no commercials, and the residents had to use Bahria Phase 7 as their main commercial source.

@farhanazhar9533 Aoa, It's good for both. The residential aspect is good because of the size of roads, horticulture, and nearby commercial activity. Commercial wise sector F is progessing and becoming more of a brand space after Chaaye Khana, Burning Brownie and Asian wok.
