The Autel drone was a huge letdown. The build quality is subpar, feeling cheap and flimsy right out of the box. To make matters worse, customer service was completely unhelpful when I tried to address my concerns. For the price, I expected much better support and a sturdier product. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I had the same issue tracking my car moving at 30-40kmph and it kept auto zoomimg and even digital cropping. Horrible footage, horrible quality. Looked like a cop car chase. I wanted a high wide view of the road with the car moving, can't do that. It would easily lose track when going thru even sparse trees for less than a second. Contacted @autelrobotics and their answer was pretty much that's how it is. Really disappointing

I was having problems trying to calibrate the compass on my new Evo Lite plus. When I would click on calibrate in the app nothing would happen. Well, this video explained why. The drone is compass calibrated at the factory. This also explains why nothing popped up telling me to calibrate the compass. It flew perfectly which I thought was kind of strange but now it all makes sense. Thanks for the video Mr & Mrs Autel Robotics!

At least hire a professional pilot and video maker, so it can make you something professional for you. It's very obvious that these footage has wrong setting + exposure. Also color grading made it worse.

Got my Live Deck to connect to the Evo 2 only after updating the Live Deck firmware, which I only found out about after looking through user forums where others reported the same problem. It would be great if Autel made those things more clear from the get-go; the L/D manual is extremely thin and not very helpful.

Just got mine today. Not shown in the video but the spotlight has police-style flashing red and blue lights as an option. Between that and the AI recognition/tracking.. this drone is beginning to feel very dystopian. I love it. Also not shown, the speaker and spotlight can be taken apart and used separately.

Autel me defraudó. Nunca pensé que dijeran que el Autel V2 EVO II y EVO II PRO los descontinuaron, muy mal Autel. Para ser un dron tan caro y que tenga tan pocos años de salir al mercado es una estafa lo que estan haciendo. No recomiendo esta marca que no da un soporte a largo plazo a los usuarios de este dron.
