@@ZED-PVMy understanding is, it is the software that matters, and especially where it is written. Like, DJI software, is all chinese on chinese servers, that won't really work without pinging a chinese server. While Autel hardware is made and assembled in China, the software and servers are all american. They could ban it at the hardware level, but then they would have to ban pretty much every piece of technology we use, since most of it is made/assembled in China. From our phones to our TV's to kitchen appliances. Pretty much everything in our houses that take electricity. Shrug.

Nope Autel is an American company who like 10's of thousands of companies choose to have the Chinese build their drones because the parts and labor is very cheap and high quality. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🌟✈️

Autel is a Chinese company, not American. It was started by a Chinese American & an ex DJI employee. They have smaller brands under them in the U.S & other countries, but Autel is Chinese & Chinese based.

So heres the big dilemma. Dji is a chinese drone company, which has been spoken about as a risk to United States security. Autel Robotics is presented as an American Drone company, but is actually a Chinese Drone company, which also poses a Security risk to the United States.
