As a PCOS girl, this made me so happy! Having a PCOS drink with everything I need in it, would be EPIC.

I love the idea of splitting the tasks into three categories! Do you have an app on your laptop that you’d recommend for keeping track of those tasks? Currently I just use the notes section on my laptop so I’d love a good recommendation on an app for my Mac!

LOVE your vlogs, as a fellow WFH-er, I can confirm all the advice offered in this vlog :) The staying in pajamas all day was a hard one to break - I find if I workout first thing in the morning, come home & shower and immediately change into "normal" clothes, it sets me up better than days when I don't get up & active. ALSO re: supplements - I've mentioned before I'm in the Nutraceutical Industry, and I cannot stress enough how important it is to take high quality supplements (I currently take Nutrafol & AG1). Make sure what you're taking contains clinically substantiated ingredients and is third-party tested otherwise you may be ingesting crap, aka fillers & heavy metals. PS lots of love on the latest Tala collection, hehe keep up the magic! xoxo Samantha

For the supplements I’ve noticed it’s really hard to find anything without iodine, especially when the supplement is formulated for women. I get that iodine is important, but it’s generally already added to/part of everyday foods and as someone with thyroid issues my Dr. recommended avoiding adding any additional iodine to my diet. Sometimes it’s not even on the label and then you find a more extensive ingredient list on their website and it turns out that iodine _is_ actually added 🙃

I'm sure you're under professional supervision and online advice may be annoying... But... I would suggest an elimination stage (not to call it a diet) and reintroduce products one by one to see what triggers your symptoms. It is a long process but unfortunately all food sensitivity/intolerances tests are not reliable and give many false negative/positives.

I would like to see more genuine vlogs like these, you inspired me to get back on track after I was feeling extremely bored the last couple of days, I think i would give time boxing a shot this time, thanks a lot 💜

I was vegan for four years before I stopped so understand the mental struggle - I have so much more food freedom now and definitely feel much healthier, with no dietary restrictions just try to eat healthy. I still have lots of vegan habits that have stuck - oat milk in my hot drinks and smoothies, vegan ice cream, vegan protein powder etc. It’s all about balance 🤗

Oooh i mix my creatine and electrolytes together before every workout. There are SO many raspberry flavours on the market, though. It would be great to have flavours that are a bit different (like the sound of peach): elderflower, pear or melon.

Okaaay, YES - as a woman, who is super outgoing and loves being at the office… but also has to charge her energy introverted… I do 1-2 days a week WFH. And it requires a whole other discipline and planning for me, which you have just given me even more input and inspo for, THANK YOU!!! 🩷

Just a small question. How do you deal with effects of an ad hoc call or task that was unexpected? I like the idea of having a planned out day but sometimes things come up and mean I no longer have a full block of free time if I get sucked into a last minute call

I was really disappointed to find out from Glassdoor that former employees of Tala wrote that they struggled with the toxic hustle culture of the company and with being micromanaged by senior leaders 💔 No one is perfect and we’re all just doing our best in times of pressure, but I hope that the company is taking this to heart ❤️🩹

OMG you’re right about the supplements stuff! Even some expensive brands here once you get it - not even THAT great or gives opposite effects or bloating. I’m in Australia and I was thrilled to hear you saying about a supplement for PCOS. My hormones and pms issues are driving me insane lol I have a gyno appointment coming up to hopefully get some answers. But seriously soooo many women are getting endo, pain or pms issues and the list goes on. If you ever have something and want it pushed in Australia I know a lot of people here. My Instagram following is organic and not 10’s of thousands but I don’t pay for them and people generally do try things I recommend in person or online to them. I’ve tried so many different products and none do them are really working!!! One vitrex intensified my issues then a different helped mildly and eased strong bleeding too. But just shows one type of product varies from brand to brand.
