Hanging out with sharks will make you prey one day. One day when something really bad happens in life, the sharks will have no remorse in eating you up, or separating you from the group. I prefer going at it on my own time, at my own pace.

At what point of my journey i need to buy a belt?
@KongoSpeaks3 күн бұрын
Depends on how far along you are in your lifting journey. I’d say a beginner lifter doesn’t need a belt at all. Prioritize form/technique with light weight, and as you get stronger, incorporate progressive overload into your workouts and increase the weight. But if you’re not a beginner and you’re lifting heavier weights more frequently you can definitely start wearing a belt. The belt is mainly used to help you brace your core. Unfortunately, a lot of people neglect training their core because they constantly wear a belt. Don’t do that. I can’t really give you a specific time frame because everyone progresses at different rates. I’d say if you feel like your core strength is a limiting factor for how much weight you can push, you’re definitely ready to buy a belt.

for everyone here (and try to spread this information) indications of steroids are: strange amounts of growth despite no significant changes to training (someone who never did pulls suddenly getting heaps of growth in the pulling muscles because they started doing them isn't suspicious / someone who was 10% body fat and is now 18% is gonna see heaps of growth) lifts (not lift, lifts. some people are *born* to deadlift, etc.) that are hundreds of pounds beyond other elite naturals people that grow despite extremely easy training acne / unhealthy skin, red faced ) growth in areas that they don't train thick skin, bones getting thicker (their face looks thicker and bonier than it used to) extreme bloating / distended stomach eats an enormous amount of food compared to a normal person extremely insecure hair loss or hair growth (large amounts) extremely atypical bodyweight (they will weigh way, way, way more than even an elite lifter at their same height, and they'll be *lean*) extremely atypical leanness (they can make progress as if they were at 18% whilst being at 6% bf) i haven't seen this guy before this vid, but he seems like a very natural guy. not that he's not impressive, but it's very possible to have that squat, and even in a year, it's very possible to be as muscular as he is, he has healthy hair, he doesn't have a weird face, etc.
