fujimi kits can be a hit or miss. this one's real good though
@ScaleAutoGarage17 күн бұрын
Totally agree on both points. I have done some amazing Fujimi kits but there are some absolute bombs out there as well!

That looks perfect! Well done! It reminds me a little bit of the NAZCA and the Pagani Zonda c12.
@ScaleAutoGarage21 күн бұрын
The Nazca was exactly my thoughts as well and since I built that one as one of my first builds, I really need to build that kit again now that I have improved many of my skills. I have one in my stash and want to get to it by the end of this year. Thanks for watching!!!

Another excellent build proving yet again why you're one of the best to ever build a model car 😄

Another nice build Spencer. Look forward to your next build.
I appreciate the comment and glad you enjoyed the build.

Nicely done. And very highbrow, what with the fancy music. I held my pinkie up while I was watching. If you don’t already, you might give Sagumi models a watch. He builds race cars, and he just finished the DOME Zero. I thought of this build while I was watching his vid.

Sugumi, not Sagumi.

Yes, I watched that build. It was amazing, I love his work and his video style. So chill. I've wanted that Dome kit for many years but after seeing how bad the decals are...not so sure. haha. Glad you ejoyed the video. Pinkie up with your tea sir. haha.

Lovely build Spencer! Love the choice of classical music there.❤

Thanks Jun, I wanted to try something a little different. I like how this played out. Thanks for watching.

The back half looks similar to the Jaguar XJ220.
@ScaleAutoGarage24 күн бұрын
I like how the spoiler is intergrated into the rear fenders on both cars. This one was actually completed 2 years before the XJ220 but who know what influences the original designers of both cars may have had. Interesting.

This was a great video Spencer, I enjoyed the music and ASMR. I think that you’re on to something with this. The model is very nicely done as well! One of your better ones 👍

@@ScaleModelExperiment Thanks James, I am quite happy with this one myself! Appreciate the kind words!
It is a shame they are not included in this kit, like they are for many of the Tamiya kits but there are resources out there to add them also.

hello and thank you for your video and your copy of the nazca which is a very beautiful model model, but also design! Did you like to build this model? Do you have any comments? which model did you really like to do? thank you for your response.
@ScaleAutoGarage28 күн бұрын
I absolutely love this kit. It is detailed, well thought out, well manufactured and it is a beautiful car in real life. I love this era of both models and concept cars in general. I do have another of this kit in my stash and really want to build it again especially after finishing the Jiotto Caspita recently as I find these cars to be similar is design and layout.
@vintagemotelguest28 күн бұрын
I'm still sitting on my kit as well -- after 30 years! I love this car though -- its everything the Corvette (and Camaro) should have become.
@ScaleAutoGarage28 күн бұрын
Wow, watching back and that autofocus is almost painful! haha. To be honest, I love this kit and I do have another one in my stash that I want to build again. This is really an amazing build and since this one was really early in my KZbin journey, I don't feel I gave the kit the real justice it deserves!

Something about the white car with black trim just pulls me in as well. It is hard to be sure lines are true as any wavyness will stick out like a sore thumb with all that contrast but I do love the end results. Thanks for watching!!!!

Is it juste or the headlights are slightly tilted ?
@ScaleAutoGarageАй бұрын
it is totally possible they are slightly tilted. Models sometimes don't go together quite as clean as we would like them to. haha.

You really like your Datsuns which now days are called Nissans , I dont have the steadiness to do such things , like your other videos I watch the beginning and thought thats not a model thats a real car until I see you building it hehe
@ScaleAutoGarageАй бұрын
Thanks for your comments! It is appreciated. Yes, I am a pretty big Datsun/Honda fan of the 70s 80s and 90s. You can see it with all the builds on the channel! haha.

the ground effects make that car look so much better!

I totally agree with you. I was really glad to see they were included with the kit even if they are not shown anywhere on the actual box. I love the 80s look of this one all around.
