fujimi kits can be a hit or miss. this one's real good though

Totally agree on both points. I have done some amazing Fujimi kits but there are some absolute bombs out there as well!

This was a great video Spencer, I enjoyed the music and ASMR. I think that you’re on to something with this. The model is very nicely done as well! One of your better ones 👍

The back half looks similar to the Jaguar XJ220.
@ScaleAutoGarage3 ай бұрын
I like how the spoiler is intergrated into the rear fenders on both cars. This one was actually completed 2 years before the XJ220 but who know what influences the original designers of both cars may have had. Interesting.

Nicely done. And very highbrow, what with the fancy music. I held my pinkie up while I was watching. If you don’t already, you might give Sagumi models a watch. He builds race cars, and he just finished the DOME Zero. I thought of this build while I was watching his vid.

Sugumi, not Sagumi.

Yes, I watched that build. It was amazing, I love his work and his video style. So chill. I've wanted that Dome kit for many years but after seeing how bad the decals are...not so sure. haha. Glad you ejoyed the video. Pinkie up with your tea sir. haha.

That looks perfect! Well done! It reminds me a little bit of the NAZCA and the Pagani Zonda c12.
@ScaleAutoGarage2 ай бұрын
The Nazca was exactly my thoughts as well and since I built that one as one of my first builds, I really need to build that kit again now that I have improved many of my skills. I have one in my stash and want to get to it by the end of this year. Thanks for watching!!!

Great work as usual! Did you put the tape on the seatbelts then paint it just to have a better surface for decals to adhere to?
@ScaleAutoGarageАй бұрын
Thanks for the comment, it is appreciated. A lot of times these racing seatbelts have a foam piece that slides over the top of the actual belt and this is what has the logo on it. Pictures of the real car I used for reference had these pads on the belts and so I thought I would replicate the look with a piece of tape. It probably added a few steps to an already exhausing process of doing the belts but hey, I like to try things just for fun. haha.
