I have started to eat tinned cod liver, it is really high in vitamin A and far more economical than buying the oil or capsules. You can blend it with cream cheese and lemon juice to make a tasty pate.

Agree with this however there is so much conflicting information to say the opposite that you need full support, however thinking logically (once you are healed) then a flatter shoes would build up the strength in the plantar so should prevent future injury from a weak plantar muscle.

Question for you please. Aside from the pain I feel when I move my thumb or wrist in certain ways, when I stretch my thumb out, I feel something popping near the base. Also when I twist my wrist, I feel something popping on the top side of my wrist. Is this common with this condition? I have had x-rays done and they are negative for any fractures or breaks. Thanks

The thing is, the process of extracting virgin olive oil is actually quite hot!! So no there is no extra heat added but the oils do get extremely hot in the process.

Thank you , great information . One question '' How much of your skin do you need to expose to the sun for vitamin D . 😎😎😎
@drstevenhulme14 күн бұрын
Thanks you. That’s hard to answer but more the better. And of course the more you expose the less time you would need in the sun

I grew up on whole milk my entire life. One of the few kids of my friend group who didn't drink low-fat milk and yet I've always been a skinny kid. If anything, my parents wanted me and my brothers to bulk up off of whole milk lol. But I'm in great shape till this day and the only milk I ever drink is whole milk. Fills me up for a while too leading me to not eat as much for those who are concerned about weight gain. I've personally never gone wrong with whole milk and don't see any reason to switch up but it really just comes down to personal preference.

I buy raw, unpasteurized saurekraut at Sobeys Its a product from New Brunswick, Canada. Start out with a little bit at first. Too much and your gut may not be happy. Remember alcohol is not good for your gut health
