On paper, comparing ele sham to other casters (like fire mage, afflic lock) yeah those other casters have more buttons to press and more defensives, But ele is still viable, Especially against all the meleecleave comps. S9 is also our worst season this expac it only gets better from here. Ozzy is playing it 2500cr in 3v3 so it goes to show what a ele can do when a R1 player pops off on it

hex is more valuable in arena imo, if done at the right time can win the game. EM for rbgs is huge, when you are trying to land a kill makes you harder to kill

out of all the casters, its rated as the "weakest" but if you play the right comps, it can def work and you can def get t2 wep and elite sets. some ele shams are also pushing for glad so lets see how the season turns out. Also...Lets just say, S9 is the weakest form of ele sham in cata. they get stronger as the game progresses.

Vanilla alliance win teamfights because of paladins. tbc i'd argue alliance is better because human perception wins rogue mirriors. wotlk human is best. cata human again. dwarf is usually very good to get out of blinds. nightelf is completely insane when u can shadowmeld in combat to dodge CC.

yup day one RBGs. Rsham Hpal and Disc are in almost every comp. All needed. The druids are usually boomkin cause boomies top dmg with aoe and the silence is insane for helping the team land kills
