you are correct, it lowers its chance to proc for melee but EOTS still procs against hunters. And thats the only class you really need it for. Warrs/Rogues are easily kited and killed as ele

Thats my regular everyday wpvp spec. works great. i love the extra range on earthbind because when you use totem projection you can grab people from very far away and catch up and kill them lol

For now yes, You always want mail but sometimes you can't get mail with the perfect stats you want. For pvp you mainly want stamina and spell dmg, like those shoulders they are the only lvl 40 shoulders in the game with sta/int/spelldmg but they are cloth. The mail shoulders have zero stamina and only have nature dmg you want all overall dmg cause lavaburst is your main hitter
