Regarding the blue tooth eye mask, ever since listening to the RFK jr episode titled: "Cell Phone Tumors with Hunter Lundy", ai have become extremely adverse to using any Bluetooth. Maybe my worries are misplaced, but that podcast episode may interest you.
@ConnorCurtisКүн бұрын
I personally use wired earphones for that reason. But for the 30 mins I wear these for I think it is worth. It’s not like it’s on all night

You are a mf scholar bro. It's crazy to think that I followed you all those years ago because of your soccer videos. Somehow, our interests still align after all this time has passed!

@ConnorCurtisКүн бұрын
I guess it depends what you want to get from your form of meditation. I don't think it would replace it though.

This all very intriguing/interesting..... Not asking for you to produce a 16 minute YT video lol..... but ... can you share your experience / benefits, if you don't mind? Side note.... saw your YT re GERD... good stuff...lots of coffee and unhealthy snacks during the day were killing me.. per se.. Thx.

As much as young guys or beginners in general love to put emphasis on bench or deads I always highly recommended putting emphasis on squats and building your legs in general. I’ve found that getting your squat numbers up and building leg strength literally is the best way to naturally get stronger at every other lift overall including your bench and deadlift.

This title is bullish. Pros don’t train this much. Rest is also important so most players don’t train that much a week

This is great advice thanks. The only thing i'd question in your final test results is at 8:22 where you had an increase in SHBG. My understanding is this is better if it decreases as SHBG binds to testosterone in the blood, making it unavailable for the body to use. I'm not an expert though so would defer to you on that one. Still, i'm going to try these supplements as the results over all are great!

Hey Connor, gentle warning - you're showing the early signs of male pattern baldness, your one temple higher than the other (DHT miniaturisation on normally on the dominant hand side, so your left?) -- you're smart, go the natural route with Laser Therapy, Saw Palmetto and Dermarolling to start - keep your hair and your good looks.cheers brother appreciate the video work

I just came off it in the last month and a half, after having taken it for over a year. Tapered down at first and now nothing. After taking it for so long its only now that I notice what an effect it was having. The big thing is I've been looking in the mirror and thinking wow I look thin (and not in a good way) muscles arent popping - kind of look a little deflated. Weight dropped a few pounds too with nothing changing in my diet or activity level. I stopped taking it because of the hair loss issue which got progressively worse over time. It now seems to have slowed although there really has not been enough time to say for sure. Has anyone else dropped it --- whats your experience?
