This looks like an absolute blast, but other than a closed circuit or a race track, I don’t see the practicality of that much HP where I live. This machine is an absolute beauty though! (Most of our public trails are narrow and fairly winding, and we have already had a few off road deaths this year. Put a dummy in this rig and I guarantee we’d be adding to that number, and our season has just begun. 🫤)

Polaris could cut EVERY one of their models by 90% and I'd still buy any other brand or walk. I experienced the crappy Polaris quality way back in the late 80'S with their Trailboss 250. it was crap quality then, and crap quality now.

Everyone has every right to complain if they have the money or not! Are YOU driving this down the freeways as an everyday vehicle? That's the only way i can justify paying $60 freaking grand for a *ATV* that's going to see nothing but dirt in it's longevity. Like people here are saying i can get a loaded Jeep Rubicon for the same price but hey to each their own, just don't talk down to people just because they don't want to shell out the $$$ for something like this , that they won't be using everyday.

If your not after absolute speed, why not just buy a 5 or so year old jeep? Slow it down and enjoy nature. The jeep can haul more camp gear and still give ac and heat. Some of these sxs are just about as wide.

I have the 2018 120HP model, with a tuner to bring it up to the 135, roughly. My friends have upgraded to 200HP they only lose me in the straightaway. In the tight twisty east coast woods I'm right on top of them.

Im pissed kawi didnt take this opportunity to finally fix soma the major issues the brute needs to propel it to the top of the heap! I waited an extra year to get one in 2022 and realzied it wasnt gonna get updated so i bought one. And now they decide to do it. Grrrrrrr. I love the quad dont get me wrong. Its the most reliable v twin on the market i just wish kawi went all in. I woulda been willing to trade up to a new one. For those looking for one tho, dont let the numbers fool you, the 50hp is severly underated, stock it runs right along side a polaris 850 up to 60-70km(which is 75% of your trail ripping anyway). The clutching is tuned so well in these things its like they got a performance clutch from the factory. Couple that with the v force john reflash(not a silly blinky light fuel tuner) and the thing is an absolute rocket. Total wheelie monster(it is stock too), and heat issues majorly reduced. They just really needed to step up with upgraded shocks, wider stance and narrowed seat, reduced cvt noise and quicker 4wd engagement. Got the better lighting finally and the old "might as well be bald" tires are finally gone. And they look a whole lot better now.....wonder if the new plastics will bolt on mine hmmmmmm?

i found the how quiet it is inside comment strange, online all you see is what feels like every expedition owner on the planet complaining non stop about how loud they are inside the cab, and watching vids of people riding them it does seem really loud and there having to practically yell to passengers sometimes
@monstermini2255 күн бұрын
So the adv seems louder than the XP, we did put $40 worth of sound damping in our XP, we did the front and rear of the rear fire wall which is just thin plastic in front of the engine. Polaris does install a dense carpeted mat on the inside of the XP behind the rear seat, but we sound deaden under that and reinstalled it as well. The last bit we installed on the lower section of the rear floor under the back seat. The result you can't see any of the sound damping unless you raise the bed. This reduces the noise a lot and you can now have a completely normal conversation at any speed. Only cost around $50 for Skar sound damping mat and the tools to help roll it on... (Rolling it down is important) And about 30 minutes with me and a 13 year old to install.... (I do have mechanical experience.) So an hour maybe tops if someone doesn't
@monstermini2255 күн бұрын
Also we still on the stock 30, 32's reduce the rpm and nose level which would make it even quieter... Also, Polaris will swap the weights for free in the clutch which will also lower the rpm and the noise. They claim the HP stay the same

Bro, I want to ask something. I bought a new 125 cc ATV. When I tried driving it, it felt like my ATV was drifting to the side even though I was on a flat and straight road with no obstacles, and I ended up crashing into a trash can. I wanted to go straight. My question is, is this normal for a beginner who is riding an ATV for the first time? I would appreciate any advice, tips, and tricks for beginners riding an ATV.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

What brand is the machine? How's your tire pressure? How big are you? Might be an alignment issue. Is it used? Has it hit anything prior to you owning it?

Great content as always… don’t understand all the negativity on here… I love this machine… I can’t afford it.. no big deal… I bought a Polaris razor xp4 1000 non turbo… something in my price range… I also love the new EV hummer and a couple Lamborghinis and a couple Ferraris that I also can’t afford…. Everything has a market… and if it pisses you off how much they cost… work harder and get one … or find something you can afford and still have fun … plenty of variants out there

Honestly I'm not convinced these are selling. I see alot of them being advertised on lots with discounts - I think Polaris mis-read the market a bit.

I'm doubtful any of the manufacturers are selling millions of these high price tag machines. Do you see a ton of Ferraris on the road? That's why when you see one or a Corvette or any cool sports car, you turn your head and whisper "nice" under your breath. The guys that can afford these love em and I would bet they get lots of attention when they're stopped for lunch or getting gas. For the rest of us, there's tons of awesome machines in the Polaris lineup in an average man's price range.

It's a SUV ATV! Love it. The original (E)Xpedition around Y2K or so was a like 425 4-Stroke utility ATV with a 5-Speed AutoClutch (a Sportsman 400 5-Speed really) that was constantly breaking down (& eventually recalled I THINK) for the unit having some weird ass "black box" issue relating to it's Reverse Gear operation or the likes because Designing Manual Transmissions was apparently way over Polaris' Pay Grade. LOL. SO BIT of an odd choice in naming this the Xpedition. Also kinda sounds like it's the Edition for Reformed Convicted PDF Files. *Other than all those super fun facts; Yeah that things dope!*
