The center of the tail is narrow enough that the tail is swishy and round with no stuffing, but if you want to give it a fun shape you could add a little stuffing and a wire to give it structure :)

Great Vid! Thanks Question; could it be used to grind wheat into flour?
@craftrevueАй бұрын
Hi Charmaine! Unfortunately it doesn't grind finely enough to make a usable wheat flour, although you could probably make cracked wheat using the nut butter attachment. That attachment can also be used to make a rough oat flour from rolled oats. Putting nuts through it for only one pass makes flour that can be used for baking, since nut flours are relatively coarse anyway. Hope this helps!

Mine didn't stick together at all... any idea?
@craftrevueАй бұрын
Oh no, I'm sorry to hear it didn't stick :( 1- Was the honey heated up until thin? If the honey is room temperature, it can clump in some areas and then not coat the dry ingredients right. 2- If it's not that, then I'd double check the ingredient measurements in case there are too many dry ingredients or not enough honey. 3- This is kind of a long shot, but if nothing else works then I'd try a different kind of honey. I hope this helps you troubleshoot!

@@craftrevueThanks for the reply. It was actually room temperature honey, so I'm going to try all your remedies till I can make it, because this is one of my top two desserts! 😅👍

Yup. First thing i noticed was the gap on the handle side. Juice and fluids could just come through with no resistance. It does have a small lip on the inside of the main housing that could support a gasket but it would have to be machined unfortunately to work properly

The King Kutter you're demonstrating with isn't complete. This is why you can't shred all of the cheese. It's supposed to have a finger shield and a pin that goes through the holes on each side and the cone shredder attachment. I have 2 KK's and had to special order those missing parts. I don't remember where I found them but they're out there. 😊

Can u do this with a sewing machine?
@craftrevue7 ай бұрын
Hello! Yes, you can do this with a sewing machine. I recommend setting the machine to a long stitch length and paying extra attention to where the fur is laying in relation to the seam as you sew, so that there is as little fur stuck in the seam as possible.

How does one go about sharpening the chopping plates?
@craftrevue7 ай бұрын
Hello, thanks for visiting! Unfortunately I'm not sure of the answer to this :( These blades are trickier to sharpen than typical meat grinder blades; that's because typical grinder blades are flat discs, but these blades are convex. Flat meat grinder blades are generally sharpened by wet-sanding with increasingly fine sandpaper on a flat surface. So, my best guess is that maybe sandpaper could be wedged between the face of the hopper and the blade, thus sharpening the blade when the handle is turned?

I use a heavy bbq glove and run cheese and everything else till it's gone. We switched to natural stone countertops and I could never get the suction cup to stick so I got a heavy cutting board and used some stainless carriage bolts and a couple wing nuts to attach my King Kutter to the cutting board, takes seconds to set up.

Hello, thank you for watching! I think crushing ice would be challenging with this machine, and I'm not sure if it would work. If crushing ice is possible, I think it would require a pusher (like a wooden dowel) to put pressure on the ice as it goes through. If anyone has tried this, please comment below!

And how do you make it more fluffy? I want to make a fluffy fox tail so yeah Hope you answer❤❤
@craftrevue9 ай бұрын
Hi! To make the tail more fluffy you can use the fur against the grain. By that I mean, faux fur lays in one particular direction due to the manufacturing process and you can either let the fur hang in that "natural" direction, or you can flip the fabric the other way so the fur hangs against the natural direction. With a single-color tail like this one, it could simply be worn "upside down" to make it ultra fluffy. Hope this helps!
