Customer Sucess Engineer for B2B mainly is responsible for clients’ satisfaction/success of using the application ; Application Engineer is primarily responsible for BUILDING the application

@@SimplyOurStories Yeah According to what i have seen Rubrick , Synopsys,Atlassian ...etc have B2B products these products sent to clinet needs to be setup in there env and workflow in if client faces any issues application engineers goto the client company and fix APPLICATION of the PRODUCT issues. Thats what I have seen ppl doing atleast Who BUILD APPLICATIONS are called SDE , ASIC DESIGN ENGINEER (SILICION) , APP DEVELOPER ...etc PRODUCT ENGINEER is still ok they work on fixing major issues of products at client company , But application engineeer just tells abt switches , features...etc abt the product/IP Customer sucess with technical knowledge is application engineer
