Food is being used as a scapegoat by socieatlly scaled narcissistic abusers... all of these health issues are being caused by extremely toxic pollution at the metaphysical (before physical energy) level, electrosmog, totally unregulated because the industry is too "powerful" (where money is used as power, another device of abuse). Please see Robert O. Becker, Cindy Sage, Jack Kruse (distilling the info on light, ignoring the political irrelevant messaging). All health is light, natural wireless, that give the information for. how the body is to live, be healthy, food itself is light and too must be connected to the natural wireless environment to help you. Emotions of shame and fear attached to food when it is believed in false ligth to be bad causes inflammation....

yes, you need to follow something to build blood - foods are often a big help , as well as herbs. Acu can be but as i said for deficiency (chi) , its going to be more treatments /continual treatment depending what the cause is. look onto the channel here for videos on blood def diet foods etc

Interesting, feeling how the bloating and pain receded within approximately two months made all the difference, I simply go’ogled the latest by Tilly Strankten and her Ovarian Cyst Guide and although it really took about 10 weeks for it to totally shrink and vanish I’ve never felt so light and relaxed.

How do you differentiate between the anxiety of an unhealthy fire vs. an unhealthy earth?
@chinesemedicinepodcast24 күн бұрын
1. Why ? What is is going to mean to you…in therms of treatment etc,,,but peobably the earth Element has worry/obsession/overthinking/ ocd associated with it while the fire element is associate with all forms of anxiety also through its hosing of the Shen .. this is more of a practitioner / student level question and answer so I’m hoping this answer dosent confuse you more

I thought eggs were no go with dampness?
@chinesemedicinepodcastАй бұрын
No eggs are good. I can I imagine how some texts/ people mithr think that because they are nourishing yin they could generate damp but no they don’t deplete /overwhelm the spleen function, they are not sweet either which is one flavour that contributes to a substance being dampening.

follow a blood deficiency diet - ie a blood tonification diet. I'll do a video on this topic soon ok . need to do some research first :)

Just out of interest. An older relative who had white grey hair, had been very sick for a while, and had lost a lot of hair at the time. Eventually they were brought their favourite seafood on a regular basis which contains zinc and other nutrients. To our surprise, their hair just began to grow back! Plus they also began to get their black hair colour back as well when they had previously been grey for some time. Also I heard some type of foods can block zinc from working.
@charleneblack1845Ай бұрын
So blood deficiency causes hair to turn grey. So facinated with the other subscribers comment about the hair growing back in the original colour and not grey. Is it possible to reverse grey hair?

Thanks for your video on dampness. Would you be able to describe what a damp pulse look like? Is it possible to tell from the pulse the type of damp it is? Many thanks.
@chinesemedicinepodcastАй бұрын
No. That is a way too complex discussion for here, …ie that’s really a practitioner tutorial/ something practitioner are trained in and takes a bit of understanding to do the diagnosis/ differentiation which is why I’m saying in this video over and over that this video isn’t a replacement for a practitioner .

Is being an acupuncturist the right fit if I want to treat mental health the most and help others be free of suffering emotionally? Is it a career that mostly helps pain and it’s best to be a therapist?
@chinesemedicinepodcastАй бұрын
There are many avenues to explore in just treating mental health as an acupuncturist. Heaps of styles of acupuncture lend themselves more towards this and most you will learn about in a standard TCM undergraduate degree . You would be able to then build a practice focused on mental health conditions from that and undertake more post graduate training in the areas /acupuncture systems you are interested in
@Ad-nu4tkАй бұрын
@@chinesemedicinepodcast thank you so so much for that insight. I am currently in a program and see so many indications for illness and pain, understandably so, but not too much with mental health so it made me question if I’m in the right place if that’s what I want to focus on. Thanks for confirming🙏🏼✨
@chinesemedicinepodcastАй бұрын
@@Ad-nu4tk can I ask where are you studying? And what year of study you are in? I'm only assuming the ciriculum will be simiar in different countries.
@chinesemedicinepodcastАй бұрын
other things you can do in the meantinme is - 1. read up on this in your own way - Shen (Elisa Rossi) is a good text to start with, 2. Looking into the 13 ghost point treaments and how modern practtioners use these for trauma and mental health healing, A bit out there for standard TCM but possibly in the right direction for you might be more Alchemical acupuncture - look into the Alchemy learning center and I have an interview with Leta Herman on my channel. 3. ask your teachers at the college if this is something that will be covered in the course. Ask your teachers there for guidance in how to self-study this area too. 4. If you are in first year you should focus on memorising the five element aspects, and the categories of all the points because that will be super useful /needed going forward.
@chinesemedicinepodcastАй бұрын
@@Ad-nu4tk its going to come down to how you market yourself as a practitioner once graduated. if you don't mention musculoskeletal and only promote that you treat mental health stuff you can build a practice around that. Best of fortune with your studies going ahead
