Thanks for your video on dampness. Would you be able to describe what a damp pulse look like? Is it possible to tell from the pulse the type of damp it is? Many thanks.

No. That is a way too complex discussion for here, …ie that’s really a practitioner tutorial/ something practitioner are trained in and takes a bit of understanding to do the diagnosis/ differentiation which is why I’m saying in this video over and over that this video isn’t a replacement for a practitioner .

Hi marie is it normal for our hair to go grey? Can we do anything to prevent this? I don't see many Chinese people with grey hair.

Just out of interest. An older relative who had white grey hair, had been very sick for a while, and had lost a lot of hair at the time. Eventually they were brought their favourite seafood on a regular basis which contains zinc and other nutrients. To our surprise, their hair just began to grow back! Plus they also began to get their black hair colour back as well when they had previously been grey for some time. Also I heard some type of foods can block zinc from working.

So blood deficiency causes hair to turn grey. So facinated with the other subscribers comment about the hair growing back in the original colour and not grey. Is it possible to reverse grey hair?
