Watching people try to kill pvp builds without a legacy is pretty hilarious.

Arguably just as many bugs now as there were three years ago but Bethesda is more worried about atomic shop skins and useless unique legendaries that go in the scrip bin.

Good grief what does that dude not understand about the rules of the workshop. Workshops are PVP ZONES some people that play this game like to PVP and they have every right to do so if they choose to. And PVP is allowed in the Workshop zones it tells you so when you claim the shop. This comes from someone who does not PVP cause I suck at it but I clearly understand that if I take a workshop there is a good chance another player is gonna come along and decide to kill me and I shouldn't break out the cheese and wine cause I was warned when I claimed the workshop. Dude bringing God into it God is just gonna tell him the rules were stated when you claimed the workshop my son.

It's interesting watching you realize the potential of the min-maxed PA build. He's not Stacking, just spamming Quantums or Super Stims while having around 700 max HP. Most of the time when people are Stacking, your crit meter won't even fill naturally, only with perk cards. Or you'll randomly hit 0 damage on them.
