I’ve tested it with my buddy in pvp, if he is in PA vats hitting his fusion core does more damage then headshots and also hits easier then headshots

It's interesting watching you realize the potential of the min-maxed PA build. He's not Stacking, just spamming Quantums or Super Stims while having around 700 max HP. Most of the time when people are Stacking, your crit meter won't even fill naturally, only with perk cards. Or you'll randomly hit 0 damage on them.

Yeah I finally figured it out. We took a two year break and I forgot a lot of things. Pretty sure the damage reduction was from Emergency Protocols since he was a bloodied heavy.

Nuka Quantum Collectron, passively, and there are a few runs you can do, but lately the Collectron has been way more than sufficient.

My full health at 700hp if I spam quantum’s or spam right on the d pad for my super stims I can take 10 crits and not die…good to see more enclave though I’m a command Sgt major in Mt weather enclave on Xbox. Noot noot is the CSM on pc

Heavy Leather used to be popular vs Tesla but Tesla isn’t the meta anymore.

Assassin's Powered Sentinel for either body armor or power armor. People are still trading pieces pretty actively. Thankfully the paints make everything appear uniform.
