Hi I am happy with this recent purchase. Some questions I have is : (I have the M1 with two c3 sensors paired one for cadence and one for speed) 1. after turning on the computer should u always press the left button (start ) to record my pod meter. Or is there any way to get it automatically count the odo when I turn it on. 2.with GPS turned on and speed sensor does it display the combination of the speeds calculated ?cuz I see some glitches frequently . 3. is it advised to leave it turned on all the time ? 4. does it have auto turn on or turn off(the m1 computer ) Thank you :)

If I don't use a speed sensor, I don't need to worry about the tire circumference, right? Does odometer still work without speed sensor?

Hello, for users whose frame plus body weight exceeds 100kg, we recommend avoiding standing up to sway on the bike, as this may risk damaging the frame. Additionally, we have increased the motor torque and launched a virtual shifter that can be used with the trainer to enhance the riding experience, reduce slipping.

We apologize, but currently, manual backlight control is not supported. The backlight is set to automatically turn off between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. local time and will remain on during other hours. You can control this by adjusting the time zone settings.

How do i reset the pressure sensor reading. My Cycplus A8 thinks the pressure in tire is higher than actual pressure and ahuts off. I can increase max psi to make pump run, but no longer able to preset max to desired number, i.e. 35 psi for bike, etc.

Dont you need a different locknut for a XDR cassette? The standard one sticks out 8mm and on my bikes the locknut nut only sticks out 5mm.

It developed a defect after less than two months of moderate use. I used it less than 10 times to top off the pressure on a road bike. The maximum pressure I used was 65 psi and it still stopped working. I don't recommend it. Please ignore any errors in the text, as I am not an English speaker.

The standard is when something is blinking that's means you are in the menu and able to change it! This entire thing is done backwards. The way it's programmed when it's flashing it's set 🤦♂It should be like this. Click to C5, push a button and the mph will blink, hit button again to change to kph, another button will set it and it will stop blinking. Then you move to the next menu.

Italy is in the UTC+1 time zone. At the end of our manual, there is a reference table for wheel diameters for your convenience. The circumference of a 27.5-inch tire should be between 2079 and 2182 mm. Please refer to the table to find the correct size for your specific tire.

I just got one of theses and can't get it to put air into a Presta valve with the adapter on. Tried two different bikes. Is there a trick? I'd opened the valve first, but nothing depresses the plunger. It pressurizes the hose up to the valve and that's it. That pressure goes down to 0 when I disconnect the hose. Tire pressure remains unchanged.
