After the firmware update (1.25), the current time is not displayed. Stopped at 09:00 The current time is displayed only after the GPS signal is acquired. How do i fix it?

Try a factory reset, set the correct time zone, and put the M1 outdoors to receive the GPS to calibrate the clock for the first time. After that, M1 should display the correct current time in the following days whether there is GPS or not.

The weak point is the micro switches in the buttons, mine stopped working after less than a year. The aliexpess seller, the official Cycplus store, does not respect the guarantee and offers a refund of 5 USD

The standard is when something is blinking that's means you are in the menu and able to change it! This entire thing is done backwards. The way it's programmed when it's flashing it's set 🤦‍♂It should be like this. Click to C5, push a button and the mph will blink, hit button again to change to kph, another button will set it and it will stop blinking. Then you move to the next menu.

not necessary, but GPS derived speed is less precise especially in the mountains. This is a GPS problem nothing to do with M1

no need to set the time, only your timezone. Because the correct time will be set by the GPS signal thereafter. May take some time though

Hi. I'm using CYCPLUS M1 for 2 months. I have a problem. I'm opening an activity on my phone with strava. After the activity finished, I stop CYCPLUS activity too and synchronize with phone. Xoss application sends it to strava. Between two strava activities, recorded by strava and recorded by CYCPLUS M1, occurs a time difference about a few minutes. At the beginning, difference is a little much but at the end it grows. How can I fix this problem

Hello, please follow the below ways to set the C5 as KMH 1. Long pres [right button ] to enter the setting, then press [right button ] thrice. *The screen displays C5 and the KMH is flashing. 2. Press [left button ] to start setting. *‘KMH’ stops flashing. 3. Press [right button ] to switch between KMH and MPH. 4. Long press [right button ] to quite.

@cycplus please help, my computer is turned on and on the app it shows its connected to my whoop wrist band for heart rate aswell as my cycplus cadence sensor. How ever once I go to C2 then press the left button for it to search the sensors it will show my cadence and heart rate for about 2 seconds and when the flashing it over it goes back to the original screen but in the bottom left stops showing any cadence or heart rate. Why does it disappear, how do I get it to stay???

It's a manual lap counter. Short press the left button after turn the device on, and then press middle button to manually record lap.

I really like my M1, and have it paired up to cycplus sensors for cadence and speed. It seems to measure speed accurately when moving (outside, or on trainer), BUT the speed is NOT accurate when stopped (i.e. it will read anywhere from 4mph-10mph while not moving). Any idea what might cause this and how to fix it?

Hello, is the ant+ icon on the middle left corner of the display of the M1 there when you stop? If it isn't, then the speed showing 4mph-10mph should be a GPS signal drifting.

@@cycplus9684 Thanks for the reply! Yes, the ant+ icon is on. I'm guessing that could be from the cadence sensor as well though. Just weird that it will use the speed sensor while in motion, but go to a drifing GPS signal so soon after stopping (Again, speed works while on rollers indoors - so I know it isn't using GPS then). I'll replace the battery in the sensor this weekend just in case, but beyond that I'm just not sure what else I can do.

@@driverboy96 Actually, the cadence sensor icon sets in the lower left corner of the display of the M1, and the ant+ icon in the middle left part just indicates whether a speed sensor is connected or not. Yes, please try replacing the battery and keep us updated with any results. Thanks.

i got no problems with chinese products but theres something with the bike stuff, this is one of several bike computers ive had that just bug out and stop working after a certain time period. my m1 is showing charge status but wont power on. my last three (non gps ali express type) did the same or similar, some users say its triggered after a certain amount of miles,,this one has seen 3 miles so i dunno. sticking with cateye or someone reputable in future.spent too much on this e-waste crap.

I am using Cycplus M1. But I hate this machine. It's so hard to sync my activities! It has terrible firmware. If some activities are long, your job is very difficult. You have to try it over and over. You may can not sync some of them. You may lost some of them. You have no other choice but Bluetooh to transfer Fit files. Cannot connect to mac or PC via USB. I do not recommend this poor quality and full of deficiencies machine to anyone..
