Does Paul knows? Why he didn't build grave stone for his mother?

I worked as an assistant to their publicist at the time. This was all a put on for the media and the fans. It was all about selling their image and making them more money. Had absolutely nothing to do with their search for spiritual enlightenment etc.

The headstone that says Richard Starkey...is that Ringo's biological father who abandoned him and his mother? I would rather see his mother and stepfather's grave.

Thank you very much for this video. I was there in late summer of 2017. The scale of the ashram impressed me. It's hard to imagine how it was at its peak. It was so strange seeing how everything has been abandoned. I wonder what led to it all falling apart. It's kind of cool though that it hasn't been commercialized. I was hoping to find a gift store, but obviously there wasn't one. Maybe it's kind of good to keep it as it is. I briefly stayed at the Swami Dayananda Saraswati ashram across the river, and was in town for that, so the Beatles thing was just a total bonus.

Thank you for another truly amazing video! I thought I'd seen and read most Beatles materials, but you consistently reveal much that I've never explored or found on my own - and the many varied angles and unhurried editing are greatly appreciated and rarely done so well! All together, you've created an especially important and well done treasure trove for the world's Beatles fans - often exceeding some of Mark Lewisohn's work in terms of your obvious love and care and diligence for our Fab Four and for all of us! This is just a fabulous resource.

Fascinating - as are all your videos. Imagine being the current owner of 147 Dinas Lane and being able to say "The Beatles once played in my back room and Paul McCartney had his 21st birthday party in the back garden".

True, Pete never improved and as John simply said Ringo made a better Beatle. But here's something that nobody has brought up. British bands did not want that "bum" group The Beatles in Hamburg because they were really bad. Without a drummer they couldn't go to Hamburg. Without Pete, The Beatles would not have improved and never have made the big time. Pete's a hero not a zero.

Ah, just a super job man ! Thanks for sharing. Love the way you superimposed the Beatles photos over the original locations. Also, perfect choice of music. Even a few photos this old Beatles fan hadn't seen before. ! Maybe an abandoned ruin now, but the views, the Ganges, birds, shrubs and trees, would still be pretty much the same.

Beautifully done and you really give us a sense of what it was like actually being there by pointing out what appears in that famous photo and the structures behind it that still exist. My goodness, not a single soul at that fete, John and Paul included, could ever have predicted the meeting of two teenaged boys would end up changing the world ❤

Sadly, this important part of Beatles history was 🚫 not covered in 1995📼 Beatles Anthology; finally Roag was interviewed on Beatles channel sxm 📻 radio. You Got me at end when you ⏯️ played: "My Bonnie" the first 45 single🎧 the Beatles played & sang on; my beloved, 😍🤩💖❤️💜😻 departed grandfather used to sing this song 🎼 to me.

Thank you so much for sharing your excellent video with comfortable BGM. When I watched your video, I felt your full love for the Beatles. I plan to fly to Liverpool and London after 2 months, from 3dr of July to 8th of July from Tokyo! I was surprised that you visited their most memorial places. I understood that they spent their quiet daily life with their family.
