St Louis is the loudest fans in the playoffs 😳😳😳. Going to Busch Stadium in October is so electric...Whenever we go into winner take all games it gets very loud up at Busch... Not louder than Tiger Stadium at night. Most respected fans in baseball..

In 2024, sad that we have come to this point. Cardinals baseball isn’t the same.

A starting pitcher performance can’t really be defined in single “moment “. Yet, Carpenter’s epic 1-0 beyond clutch shutout of the heavily favored Phillies vs his buddy and ace, Roy Halladay, to clinch the 2011 NLDS was legendary.

I think Chris carpenter’s masterpiece against the Phillies in the nlds should be on the list. It wasn’t just one moment. The entire game was like the last out of a World Series. 1-0 from The first inning onward. And the Phillies were “the” team that year. Until they weren’t and we were.

Interesting to put the game tying triple of game 6 ahead of the game winning home run a few innings later. But it’s true. The triple is no.1. I was there and the triple with two strikes… otherwise the season is over. By the time the home run came, we were all emotionally exhausted!😮

You may put the David Freese game as St. Louis Cardinals' Top 1&2 postseason moments of the 21st century (2000-2099). Nothing is going to top that.

Awesome! As a die hard Cardinals fanatic my whole life, I’m never one not appreciative and made to feel blessed to have this team give me so many “where were you” moments. Though Bulldog Carp’s epic shutout vs his buddy, Roy Halliday, to clinch the 2011 LDS has to be top 10.

Well made, but I think Yadi gunning down Utley in the sixth inning of game five of the 2011 LDS was massive. Or the final out of Carpenter’s complete game three hit shutout in that same game five against Philly. Such a nail biting and thrilling 1-0 game!

A lot of Cards fans hated on Ozuna but he was literally the main offensive production when he played with us. His defense left a lot to be desired but he was a decent player on an overachieving team.

Agree completely with Freese being the top 2. And his double wammy in that game is one of baseballs greatest moments af all time. Even with baseballs long history.
