I worked for a major retailer. Corporate had strict rules about what to do if people were begging out front: Tell them leave with threat of police. Our manager left VERY strict instructions about how to handle it if he wasn't there: Tell them we can't have begging. Bring them into the store for a free drink and snack. Ask them POLITELY not to come back. We RARELY had anyone "abuse it"

I have a question that I hope someone can help: Can someone who currently work as a physical access control security administrator with experience using on-premise and cloud-based access control tool to create user accounts, access permissions(provisioning & deprovisioning access credentials for commercial property tenants), configure access schedules, track events for alerts (event tracking), reporting, etc pivot into identity and access management (IAM)? I also have tech and AV support experience helping tenants with conference room system setup, wifi configuration etc.
