The shorter your draw length the more FPS your losing, the more range your losing and the more your arrow is gonna drop. The long D-loop looks to cut down the draw length in half. An appropriate draw length for the shooter would hold much better results in terms of arrow speed

@ okay. Since you’re an amateur. And you deserve this. This is how you actually go bow hunting: Get 400lbs of cracked corn. Put a trail from the woods and deer all the way into your living room. Dump about 90lbs on the couch. Wait five minutes. Then when the deer come in and get on the couch, watch hallmark Christmas movies with them. And then give them the bow to keep. Explain the D-loop that isn’t real. Then make hot chocolate for everyone and give up archery. You’re welcome for the life lesson

It’s actually blizzard here. Below zero. Snowing sideways. Bla bla bla. But they said no school so I just put my kids out in the garage with my non-hunting dog and threw a box of Cheerios in, then went upstairs to bed. The garage isn’t heated so they should quiet down pretty soon

Yes, as you can see the lil debbie was a decently down hill shot as I am 8' tall and it is 5" tall. Clamping the Hamskea 3rd axis level onto the imaginary tiny sight was a challenge I'll admit, but I'm no quitter!!

I understand 100% We've had bad winter storms the last several years. I used to run a rabbitry of about 100 rabbits and the entire water system would freeze and I'd have to haul buckets of hot water several times a day during the freeze for them and the chickens. Awful.
