That's why USA flies on Russian rockets into space

The name V2 name shouldn't be used as a recreational call sign. That's not cool. That would be equivalent to: next on the line, the Hiroshima rocket...
@RocketVlogs6 сағат бұрын
What should I call it instead? I call it schnuckiputzi, but people struggle to pronounce that. It's a scale model of a V2. Would it be better if it was a Sidewinder? lol

@RocketVlogs21 сағат бұрын
@@majordude I fly with ROC! I have been to a DART launch at Fiesta Island as well. I fly with FAR and want to get to an MDARS launch too

Good format. Hope the o-ring and ejection charge issues are in the past and stay there. I imagine I will have those too when I start assembling motor grains and doing dual deploy (coming soon after lvl 2🤞). I hope that "helpful" guy with the charges didn't mess anyone else up.
@RocketVlogsКүн бұрын
@@BrianKelsay Just remember you need a big O ring at each and not to get grease on top of the delay grain if you're doing motor deploy lol
@Jimothy3041Күн бұрын
Yes. Best advice is if you know something works, don't change it. I had a friend nearly fail her level 2 because somebody told her she needed her nosecone to be tighter (it was plenty tight, and ground testing worked fine) and the main chute didn't deploy. Fortunately the drogue slowed the rocket enough that it didn't sustain damage, and she got her cert. Good luck on yours!

This channel makes getting into high power rocketry a relatively smooth process, because we can learn from your mistakes and the things you've learned over the years to hopefully avoid making the same mistakes ourselves😂
