I like how someone starts there car right before it goes off. Makes it seem like it’s gas powered, even though it’s just a coincidence.

To get a more 'real' sounding output, try 3D printing some very small horns (just the throat section then as much of the main horn flare as will fit on a 3D printer), and use a leaf blower or shop vac to supply air to the siren. I have been researching the Paxton blowers and they don't produce super high pressure, only around 3-4 psi or so, but they produce a lot of CFM, and even something like an electric leaf blower or shop vac motor should provide enough pressure to mimic what the Paxton blowers can do. The roots blower on the Thunderbolt provides around 6 psi before the safety valve is supposed to open; without it, the blower or motor may overheat.

I think the Spanish version translates “This is City of Beverly Hills. Attention, this is a test. This is a test of the emergency warning system. This is a test and ONLY a test. At this time there are no emergency situations in the area. Thank you! This is a test!

Unrestricted climb……I get that in my 757 occasionally in central and South America. . Cleared all the way up to cruise altitude before takeoff. No biggie and anticlimactic. I use 250 below 10 and 325 to.82 Mach all the way to cruise. Now a max performance climb is something I would love to try. Vertical departures in jets like 15/16/22/35s are fun. Accel to 450 and pull to the vertical. Pick your altitude, put your back on your roll out desired direction, pull to level, 1/2 roll and you are at altitude and cruise Mach going in the correct direction…l easy peasy.. to bad the 18 cannot do it.. People not in aviation say silly incorrect things like unrestricted climb, loop the loop, tail spin, nose dive and layover incorrectly 100% of the time. No worries.. they just have never been active around aviation.

I flew on one of them 10 years ago. Did a roundabout without stopping. Full load Port on a steam full blast used almost all of the runway I would imagine doing 200 when it took off. Never been on a plane before that pushed you back in your seat like that DC9 powerful motors.
