Gonna try it at 1:1 for wheels. Foam cannon seems to dilute it far too much and thats all i ever used this product in at 2:1 in foam cannon and add roughly 10:1 for how much the foam cannon dilutes it by itself.

Quick question, can you leave the distilled water in the tank for an extended period of time? I had a Bissell that I used tap water in, but I would empty after each use with no issues, but they had a recall on it.

I just ordered one on Amazon. Your video really makes me excited! I not only want it for my car, but I went with the big steamer to clean inside the house. The windows, floors, appliances, especially the stove and fridge, my shower and bathroom, everything is getting cleaned! Oh, I'm thinking of setting up a DI system with a cheap aquarium reverse osmosis DI four stage system that makes 50 gallons a day of 0% TDS water which can be used in the steam cleaner and the pressure washer. Guess I will use distilled water until I get that setup. edit: Another source of clean water I discovered is my local market has a drinking water dispenser machine at the entrance that fills up 5-gallon jugs you can buy in the store. The kiosk says it uses a reverse osmosis process that should remove all the nasties out of the water, and the best part it's $2 per gallon or 5 gallons. I will have to re-check on the price per gallon, but if it's $2 for 5 gallons, then it could even be used as a spotless rinse with the pressure washer using a syphon hose attachment into the jug from the pressure washer.

I bought this model for cleaning my car but also around the house. Have had it for one day and so far I like it. The pressurized steam shooting thru the attachments can be a bit loud. You might want to wear ear plugs or jam out with ear buds while cleaning. That aside - this is a great video!

I use the Adams for light duty work if I’m focused on the safety of the coating on my wheels, or if I want to use one product for wheels and tires. If not then I use Vonixx Delet on the tires and Bilt Hamber for the wheels. I’m just a hobbyist working on my own vehicles though ;)

I think you are meaning the hose for the pressure washer? That is a 75' Kobra Jet. Absolutely love that thing! Only downside is that it does get dirty from dragging on the shop floor and its not easy to clean but man it is extremely durable and have never kinked on me!

even diluted 3or 5 to 1 its magical at cleaning so that's what I do dilute 5 to 1. and only go stronger on totally neglected wheels and tires. no need to go aggressive if the wheels are pretty clean anyway. definately 1 of the few cleaners anyone must have. 👍 great video

It’s safe on ceramic coatings but I’d probably not use it regularly on a coating. May degrade it over time. It’s potent stuff. Depends on the coating. I’ve used it on paint to remove sealants and toppers. I’ve kind of moved to using the iron remover types that are really heavy hitters like KC MWC for dirty wheels and plain CarPro Reset soap for cleaner wheels.
@laurapalmerTDGE Жыл бұрын
In this case I would indeed dilute it or use the Buster from P&S or regular maintenance with a good shampoo. The above at full strength is overkill. On the other hand, Adam's has proven to be good at what they do, so this rim cleaner removes all the rubbish from the rims.
@archangelauto Жыл бұрын
I was not a fan of MWC at all! I felt like it was way too mild and using it in a maintenance wash, I might as well just use the car soap lol.
@chrisbradley3224 Жыл бұрын
@@archangelauto That's weird, because MWC is the strongest wheel cleaner I've ever used as far as removing brake dust goes. My M2 comp has 6 piston front brakes with massive pads and the wheel gets caked with dust within 100 miles of driving after a wash. MWC cleans them easily but the alkaline cleaners, including Adam's W&T, can't remove the dust without significant agitation.

Setup a wholesale account with Adam’s polishes. You can get a 5 gallon of this for $116 so makes it only $23 a gallon. Brake buster feels like water compared to Adam’s.

I recently purchased the same machine when I unboxed the machine the fit and finish was a C- the control panel did not fit properly in its space,none of the internal holes,fittings were deburred .Almost every corner looked like somebody had taken a Dremel and sanded the corners down ,for the $1700. I was disappointed I shipped it back to them. I didn’t even bother turning it on.
