This is most rediculous bullcrap that the computer detected a romhack virus. In the description from your video I ever heard. And surprise surprise this sonic exe thing on megadrive featured Michael Jackson beat ghosts. So there you go jeez enough of sonic 3 music choosing. So I got the windows 95 sonic pc collection music instead. Which it was recreated and gonna be for genesis megadrive.

I love what they did here, it’s just I have one major issue with the hack itself, it’s not exactly subtle at all. It is kind of run-of-the-mill when it comes to exe games and the only thing that makes it stand out from the crowd is the fact that runs on a Mega Drive/emulator and the possibly unintentionally goofy sprites. I see a lot of potential in this hack, and if they go for less parity and more subtlety, I’d be hooked.

as a exe fangame developer, it’s nice to see actual gameplay even if some of them are just reusing old ones. The one thing that bothers me so much is the STYLE MIXING tho. It also uses the original exe formula which isn’t too great, it uses the unoriginal story of (insert game) prototype. atleast it has some pretty nice sprites
