Thank you so much for your videos, I am challenged! You see I have Parkinsons and have had 3 heart attacks. I love my 2 grandchildren deeply but I cannot carry them or pm 14:09 lay with them roughly, the way they like. My granddad who is almost 3 doesn't like me and makes it pretty apparent t😢. I try to play with her but I cannot and it is hurting me very very much. I don't 😂what to do😮

I yelled a lot when my children were growing up. I wish this had been a video I could of watched or learned from. It was hard to be a parent or single parent. I wasn’t raised in love so I believe it made it difficult to raise my own. My children are grown up now with their own children. I do love them so much and know from my mistakes even now. It does help to raise your family when your living for Jesus. I’m thankful that God listens to my prayers over my children and grandchildren. That is so important. Especially today. Too many families have struggled with children being rebellious and either running away from home or on drugs. 😢. Thank you for sharing this video. I will share with my children. 😊❤

My grandma, ang aking lola Ines ang naging role model ko Mula bata pa ako. Nakita sa kanya ang pagiging meekness, loyalty, submissive, obedient to God at pagmamahal at pagtitiyaga sa aming lahat. I thank GOD for having a prayerful grandma. Nagpahinga na siya noong 2017 pero namimiss Ko pa din siya hanggang ngayon.

I am a mother of grown children and a Grandma of 2 but I still enjoyed this immensely and learned anew the things to concentrate on with small children in the home. The self discipline of parents/the adults is key in ensuring peace in the home, and that is where we do need to ask our good Father for help. I still do this every time I have the grandkids in my care, as I need it.

I am thrilled and thankful to find this video on KZbin. I gave the "Forget Me Not" VHS tapes to my own mother way back in the 1980s when my husband and I began to have children. I am now a grandmother of four precious children myself. Needing some inspiration today I searched KZbin for "Godly grandparenting". This popped up! The Lord knew I needed this. Thank you to the person who posted it!

I’m not married, just learning how to become a godly woman before committing to a marriage. I wasn’t growing up with my parents. Obviously my room is not organised (even now) and there are no orders. I believe that it is not too late to be obedient, discipline myself! So great to get to know Elizabeth E, she is my spiritual mother.

I am not a mother yet, though I ask my self why parents are so hurry to teach their kids how to be slanderers and not loving others, since the fallen world will teach them more as they grow older. They born human and sinful but it seems quite difficult for parents to see this and to work work hard on showing the way to God, with prayer. Thank you for stressing on who we are in general and on the way that our children should be seen. God bless.

@@supermodeljaz6829 💞 Revelation 22:19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book. To even be in the book of life You have to saved/born again. And the word says God can take out Your name, which means You are not longer saved. Repent or perish. Revelation 3:16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. Philipians 2:12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

Children generally lift up to your expectations. If you expect them not to sit still, they won’t! The truth of the matter is children with additional needs CAN still. It’s all in the training.

I would never use soap as a means of discipline. Use hot sauce if you need to, but not soap. Soap is toxic, but Tabasco is not. I have 8 good kids. They aren't angels, but they are sweet and loving kids. We also sit still and be quiet in church. The Mass is in Latin and the kids are required to read their prayer books during Mass. Remove the child from the Mass when they are fussing. Then bring them back in when they are quiet. It would be lovely if my house was like this. I have a messy house and a difficult marriage. I suffer from depression and am frequently ill. I can tell you that pornography is a killer for marriages. It is prevalent even in Christian homes because it is all over the internet. I did everything I could to help my husband with the problem, but it didn't do much good. He was like this for most of the marriage. He now has serious medical problems, which is extremely stressful. I sleep a lot. It helps me to sleep because it improves my mood. The antidepressants didn't do anything except make me sicker. So, not all homes can be as neat as this, but they can still raise good kids. My kids do obey pretty well, and they are described by their teachers as being polite and respectful most of the time. The house may be a mess, but the kids do serve as helpers. They cook dinner when I am not up to it. They help with the dishes and they help clean the toilets. Having chores at a young age is good for them. Also, Christian organizations like American Heritage Girls help to teach good values like compassion and service.

Some might find these ideas very old fashioned. That may be, but old fashioned can be a huge plus, and the security of good old fashioned habits and values are so needed in the chaotic world we now inhabit.

People need to stop sugarcoating child abuse such as shoving soap in your child's mouth because they curse or lied; children swallow, you are purposely poisoning your child because they did something wrong. Parents from the olden days went from 0 to 100 over the smallest things especially in abuse. These punishments they did back in the day were done by sadistic people and hardly ever had healthy relationships with their kids when they grew up. So wrong and shouldn't be looked at as Godly child rearing

Amen, so many parents have lost the art of having authority over their children. I see it so much especially with little kids. Doing whatever they want, most of the kids are either raised by single mothers or parents who do not know the Lord. You see a difference in parents, who train their child to obey the Lord, Parents who are their child's friend, and let them do whatever they want. I'm not a mother yet, but hopefully soon God has been working on my heart. Right now I'm married to a God fearing man, I'm a homemaker Learning how to be submissive. Which has been very challenging, especially since I didn't see my mother submit to my father, infact it was quit the opposite. My husband and I want to raise our children the way the Lord intended. We have already discussed parenting and rules we wil have. In a generation, where gentle parenting is popular, yet not effective. Many parents are thinking they have no authority anymore. They have to explain everything to their child. It's so sad too see parents do this. You see how the child dose not respect their parents and they never will. Some parents do gentle parenting because the parenting they grew up with was abuse. There's a difference between abuse and authority over your child. The roles of the family include: The Husband Submitting to Christ and loving his wife and children. The wife being submissive to Christ and her earthly husband., The children being obident to Christ and their parents. We can't do this without Christ I strongly believe if you don't have Christ you cannot show your children what's right and wrong. Since you yourself do not know your a sinner. Your not aware that you are not right with God. We need Jesus to love and be godly parents. Without him we can't have peace. So many parents yell and scream at their children and call them horrible names. Most of them don't know Christ I've seen Christian parents act that way too. We need christ every second we ourselves have to be obedient to him too. I can't wait to be a mother right now I'm in a waiting season. I pray that God would help all the future mothers and mothers. To have a peaceful home to disciple their children and raise them to love the Lord.

I sort of do. My ex-husband called himself a Christian...played the music to and from church every Sunday...managed not to curse in church service but for the rest of the week this was not the case. Obviously my marriage didn't end well. But that's not to say yours won't. I would highly suggest you seek out Christian counseling at your church. Try to live your life as close to Jesus as possible. You might be able to win him over without words. I hope he is a loving husband and not abusive to you even if he is not Christian. Remember God sees your heart and He sees your husband's heart. How you respond to your husband will be what you answer for...not what your husband does (now, by no means do I mean this to say you should allow abuse if that is happening!). For instance, if he is lazy and you feel you are picking up all the house work and child rearing slack I know the anger can get to you. But remember you work for God, not your husband. God sees your work. It's not in vain. God bless.

Thank you for saying this. Sometimes I don't know how much longer I can do this, but I keep pushing forward. There is abuse, not physical, but verbal. I have to remember that I am a daughter of God and that Heavenly Father is looking out for me@@Kra-ri6fd
