@@sahharkoo check your ribbon original or not. and also if ribbon open for long time such as 2-4 month. then print quality will be decrease.

We are facing big problem because of ribbon wastage, everytime we switch on printer 1-2 ribbon get wasted without printing. Please help. my ribbon is now on Zero, I want to reset the count, I have not used the ribbons out of 200 printers I can only print 170 30 ribbon is wasted.
