Card Jam Errors on ZC100 and ZC300 Series Card Printers:
Issue / Question:
• Error Code: 7036- Card Jam in Printer
Solution:
On your PC, Go to Devices and Printers / Printer and Scanners.
1. Right-click on your card printer model (ZC100 or ZC300), then select Printer Preferences.
2. Click the Advanced tab located at the top-right panel.
3. Expand the Sensors and Calibration tab and click Calibration.
4. In the Calibration section, select Card from the drop-down menu and click the Calibrate button.
5. When the calibration process is complete, Cover "Open and Close" or turn "OFF to On" printer.
