I Think The Blonde Was Nitrated. A bit hot mix from memory. I couldn't write that incase Border Force rejected it.😂😂😂 Ok! Must be the Ash lye batch. Cool. I will go for a fungus hunt xmas. I dont do xmas. So its a good day for me to hunt fungus. White Punk and the Artists Conk. He micro plane looks awesome. Could you send me x 2 I was looking for something small to rough my amadou. Ash lye burns slower. I was interested in how it performed to the ash lye amadou you got from Europe or wherever it was that you got with a striker.

OK cool mate, didn't smell like nitrated was all. It did splutter a bit but was very controlled so I would have been very happy with that solution.

@@waveman0 if it has a dirty side like the chocolate it will be ash lyed. If both sides are clean it will be nitrated.

I think a bushcraft kit is great to have . Everyone has their own jam. I think variety is the key for me and you definitely have variety. If you have to split and head for the hills, every single item you or other people bring will get some kind of use. Now it might look like a lot but once you are there you wish you have more. I have had flints in Bics turn to dust even from house storage. I've also bought Clipper flints that the store must have had for a long time because they were all dust when I opened the package. I also find some Clippers have a wheel that is much harder to turn than Bics because the wheel has too few bumps for the thumb to grip on. I do like Clipper Jet. I also buy a pack of Bics each year rather than a ton of bics at one time. Some of my working Bics are 5+ years old, and others have dusted after just a year. I too like orange Bics but if you get the decorative ones, the plastic wrap can be peeled off and you are left with a white Bic you can hold up to the light to see how much fuel you have left.
