How the NVR can have 2 IP adresses? Do you changed the 198.162.0.200 ip adress to 198.162.3.200,...? When I Reserve 198.162.3.200 IP Adres for nvr on my switch port, so how can I have the second adress? Where can I find it?

Hi sir l have an 8 channel dvr hikvision set after installation only one camera is showing on the monitor and the other ones are requiring that l enter their ip addresses and l don’t know where to get those ip addresses can you help me out , the sadp tool also shows one camera

You missed out a massive thing to check - Disable Stream Encryption under Network/Advanced/Platform Access. RTSP wont work with it enabled.

My battery is good @ 3.25 volts and i checked my HD and it is good as well...but i am still getting the "playback failed, no matched record file"? Cameras all show up, the date and time is correct, but still nothing?

HikVision needs to update their SADP tool for MacOS as it is no longer compatible with the current MacOS.

It is one of the clear and great explanation video. Instead of directly jumping into NVR ip range from laptop. You had clearly explained from laptop to camera first and from camera to NVR next. So I would assume now that the extra ip added in laptop is not required at the end? Also please tell me a if there is an video already for the router ip address range config already?

Anyone with wired camera and not booting up. Says bandwidth 2. Whatever . Most your devices are on 5. So go ask mom or kids for their hand me down devices. Trust me . I have old iPhone SE and it wouldn’t work. Luckily found the first iPad I had. Second hand from my then college daughter . It won’t upgrade beyond 12. Something and download app easy peasy. If not tech savvy , get most outdated tech, like me and the camera . So on the same level of technology .
