Hi, Thank You for this guide! Thanks to this video everything connected properly. Anyway I have one question is there any possibility to change range of set temperature. To be precise, when I set for example temp 22C it starts heat when temp goes down 21,4C. Problem is when it stops heat at 22.6C. So more than 1C heating. Is there any solution to stop heating on 22C as set up? Thanks

Hi! Sorry for the late reply. If the boiler has on/off thermostat contacts, then yes - you can use this thermostat with no problem.

Hi Guys. Question about “history” in the app Tuya for IOS. In yours Videos the part History has some animations. Can see the scales of different temperatures in different days. But I have your thermostat for 5 years now and history(statistics) don’t work properly. Maybe I do something wrong? Can you create video for better understanding and usage on IOS platform. Thanks.

Hi First of all, sorry for the very late reply. Missed the notification for a new comment. I think you have a different model than the one shown in this video so i can't be sure where the problem is. Also the Thermostat app had some problems in the past.

Pozdrav, imam problem sa spojanjem uređaja na službeni program. Sad pokušavam na Smart Life i na Tuya al nazalost nista nejde. Nece mi čak ni prebaciti da zeleno blinka sporo. S time da sam kupio 2 komada isti su, samo jednog nisam jos koristio.

Poštovani Svi naši termostati se može koristiti na svih ON OFF sistemima i u nekim slučajevima i u modulacijskim kotlovima, ako to omogućuju (ali onda radi kotao on/off). Tako da mislim da nećete imati problema sa zamjenom trenutnog termostata sa novim termostatom.

Pozdravljeni. Menjava je precej enostavna. Trenutni vaš termostat je podometni in na mesto trenutnega termostata, kjer imate že vso povezavo narejeno (faza, nula, povratni signal) lahko namestite sprejemnik, saj prekrije dozo v kateri je trenutni termostat in hkrati ima tudi opcijo montaže na njo. Termostat, ki je v tem brezžičnem internetnem kompletu pa postavite v katerikoli prostor - ali na steno ali prostostoječe na kakšno mizico, omaro, ...

Do čega može biti da mi je slab signal ? Hvata signal samo u kupatilu koje se nalazi na drugom spratu odmah iznad kotlovnice, dok u ostalim prostorijama neće nikako.

Poštovani. Najprije isprika za kasan odgovor. Razloga ima mnogo. Svaka zgrada je specifična za sebe. U nekih kućama je domet između termostata i prijemnika i 10 metara, kod nekih samo 3. Na sve to utječe i druge električke smetnje, način na koji je zgrada građena (željezo, ...). Rješenje koje se ovdje može koristiti je premjestiti prijamnik na drugo mjesto - produžiti žice od trenutnog mjesta ugradnje do zida koji je bliži mjestu termostata ili drugoj prostoriji.

Hi Tomasz. I'm sorry but we won't be much of help as we don't distribute this model so we don't have much experience with it. But as far as you've explained, you're trying the correct way to change the AP/WIFI mode. Are you trying this while the thermostat is ON or OFF? Try the oposite way… maybe this works?

Hi Elvis. No, if the thermostat model does not include "WIFI" or "APP" in it's name then it's wired or wireless ("RF"). So no, there is no option for app control.

I'm using this appliance for combined floor and wall mount (radiators) heating! Worked perfectly 2 years but after one power cut, connection between this room thermostat and receiver SAS 2010DE can't be establish!? Namely, first 2 months after this it's worked after 5-10 attempts (heating is on 5 min at each attempt ... then on 10th attempt start to work normally) untill next heating off...then all process again. BUT... after another power shortcut isn't able to keep heating more than 5 min! Error displaying as ERR 2 !! By phone service guy told me that softver "gone" and I've to buy whole set; both parts: receiver and thermostat!?! Any help ??

Dear Kuzakosmet, we've talked over email regarding this issue but i'm also replying here. If removing power for a few minutes and reconnecting didn't help and the problem persists, then it's likely that the receiver is malfunctioning and needs to be replaced. In this case, i recommend replacing both devices as newer models were released since your purchase of the thermostat.

I dont understand the schedule option when i couse day and click P i set time like 2 pm but does i mean it will start working at 2 pm but how to make it like start at 1am and stop at 3am

Hi. The logic behind the heating programs is that the set temperature will stay until the next one is scheduled. This thermostat is fully customizable and the user can set any temperature he wants, not only "heat on / heat off” - at 4 or 6 different hours. So if you want temperature 22°C at 2PM, just set it by the steps we provided in the video. The time is the start of the program and the temperature is the desired temperature. @@sencontrols so if i understand right it monday 1 pm now if i put it on monday program 1 2pm temperature 22 it will start working at 2pm and set monday program 2 at 5 pm temperature 23.It will start working and 2 pm with temeprature 22 and keep that temperature till 5 pm.Am i right?

I want to use the thermostat WITHOUT any program... I just want to use the manual without any schedule which starts at a certain time. How can I do?

Shotokhan, thanks for your question. Yes, of course it's possible to use the SAS908XWHB-7-RF as a regular daily thermostat. You can turn off the heating programs (schedule) in the advanced thermostat settings. Find the "PS1" setting and set it to value "0". By doing this u set the heating schedule to be turned off. Ali se da dobit samo sprejemno enoto, ker je meni po enem tednu crknila. Tema, nobena lučka ne sveti, tipka ne naredi nič. Drugače mi je zelo zanimiva naprava in tudi dobro lovi.
