Wonderful video. Thank you. But do you have to talk so fast. We don't all assimilate at the same speed. I have had to slow your voice to 0.75. So many presenters talk too fast, and it's very off putting. Still, I feel that these exercises are of great benefit. Best wishes.

Thanks a lot. I felt a tear in my anterior deltoid area when bench pressing. I was able to continue with some pain (not smart) but I didn't think it was super serious. I was able to perform all of these without pain (3 weeks later, I didn't try prior till today which was 3 weeks after injury). I think I might have had a very minor tear somewhere but that it's all good now. Thanks again

You lost me at, "do this four times a day". Good grief, I don't have time to write this comment, let alone go through all this rigamarole

Wow, I’ve been a dental hygienist for 30 years. I love getting a mani mainly for the hand massage. And yes, giving myself a hand massage makes my other hand sore. I’ve used massage balls, hand exercises and roll/stretch my hands on the steering wheel of my car when I’m stopped. I’m going to try this unit; it sounds amazing. Thanks for sharing!!

I have rotator cuff issues. Just found you and am so happy. I love the BRAZOS canes. I bought one for my father (cedar) and he just LOVED it! and always got compliments on it. Now that he has passed, I have it as a beautiful memory. Fortunately don't need it yet to walk but now I can use it!! for one of your exercises.

Don’t get the TRX ones, so overpriced. Can get good quality ones for like 40 bucks. I managed to snag mine at grocery store junk box for 15 bucks and they are great. You can also make your own very easily.

I did some soft tissue damage to my knee early on in an ultra marathon and it helped me finish the remaining 30km. It didn't really do anything other than reduce the pain from an acute sensation to a dull ache. I'm a believer now

I am extremely grateful to KZbin as the best medical service provider in America🙏😁
@Jasmine20247 күн бұрын
Because the bureaucratic system of medical services in America is very long and inefficient, I still haven't managed to see an orthopedist and get an MRI of my arm three months after the possible rupture of my tendons or ligaments. I am very grateful to KZbin for replacing the dysfunctional American medical system for me, and I am also grateful to the good doctors and specialists on KZbin that thanks to your explanations, even without taking an MRI, I realized that I most likely have rotator cuff tear like this because apparently My orthopedist should give me an emergency visit and send me for an MRI. And now its already 3 months I suffering from pain and cannot do anything with my left arm and hand.I have to suffer for a month or two until finally, after five months of pain, they will find out what my problem is with an MRI. FYI, I live in the largest and best city in America in terms of medical services. The American medical system is really a joke. In my opinion, the title of the best doctor of the year in America should be given to KZbin, because most Americans treat their pains through specialist doctors on KZbin rather than waiting for months to be visited by doctors and undergo medical tests.thank you doctor🙏🌹

Good video. 1, being in tuned with your body can create a more accurate study vs. someone who is not and cannot pin point pain. 2, some in the study could have an over heighten expectation for results Personally, I use it after injuries to aid in reducing swelling and increase lymphatic drainage. I would say it's helps on the same level of taking ibuprofen. Story, the 2nd time i fractured my ankle; more like aggregated an old injury, i treated it like it was savior. Elevated it, took meds, propped it up and KT typed it all over "For Drainage". To my surprise the next morning, what started to look like a bruise was gone and the swelling was minimal. Pain was still there and took a few months to recover, but it could have been worse. Does help with superficial or surface recovery, yes. Performance, well, I believe taping prior to a sporting event is like taking ibuprofen before you enter a boxing ring. You know you're going to be prone to some pain, so you prepare for it to reduce the impact.
