So, after watching all these TASes, I was reminded of a wonder I had for a while. Since I have never been good enough to pull off the glitches that would allow me to verify it myself, I ask here because there is no way the TAS community doesn't have the answer. Anyways... If you get in a Bowser fight without having unlocked any characters, what happens to the cap spawns? I've thought of three possible results: -1: You can you get any of the three caps at random, as if you had every character. -2: The game cannot handle this scenario and crashes. -3: You never get anything. I heavily lean towards believing the third option, since it makes the most sense to me. But I've had this question for at least ten years. I hope I get an answer. If you're interested about what I think of the TAS itself, I have seen the previous version when it came out. It was really impressive. Seeing this one... Well... It's still impressive, don't get me wrong, but excluding a few adjustments, it's mostly the same TAS. So, of course, it doesn't bring the same feelings to me considering I have seen the precious version. But I bet most people who see this first would be very impressed. Needless to say, excellent job people.

This TAS still is really amusing to watch. Just imagine you finally are free from your imprisonment in the Cobaltstar and want to take revenge for your sister, but then Mario and Luigi pull out a red shell and destroy you slowly but surely with their perfect hits. And then in the second phase with the Copy Flower too. The expression said it all. It’s almost like the elder shroob princess knew she was dead. And I know that’s what she normally looks like, but it could be interpreted as that. Slowly getting destroyed by those many jumps which just don’t seem to stop. Still it’s impressive how a huge part of the game can be skipped and then the fights are no problem, because of the Bros Attacks can be infinite.
