Magma block kills the silverfish but doesnt give xp. Don't switch to peaceful mode as this will despawn the zombie which i find it's a fundemental flaw in this design as i go in peaceful mode for large builds in survival and cant use creative as im trying to also get the platinum trophy.

Can you leave this running whilst you are far away from it?

I built 3 or 4 different creeper farms (on Bedrock), cats, snow golems etc and they almost didn't operate at all... finally bit the bullet and went with this one. The perfectionist in me needed to fully seal it to make it fully dark. Haven't counted what I'm getting but it's pretty darn good! Helping me get TNT for Ancient Debris mining. For those looking to build it, just be methodical when u build it, it's repetitive! Thankyou!

You've already made tons of farms but you should look into some glitches too. I know 3 dupes and a ton of glitches at the moment but im pretty sure itsmejames has way more

Be careful when building I’ve been bombed 3 times by creepers while building it

So, I play on IOS, and this farm design doesn’t work whatsoever for me. I am on hard difficulty, I know for a fact that the farm is built correctly, I know how the spawn mechanics work (10 villagers linked to beds and workstations make it a village, which spawns iron golems.), and I have tamed 5 cats as instructed in some of these other comments. It’s on a superflat creative world where there aren’t any other workstations beds or villagers, and the iron golems refuse to spawn. I have a two block air gap above each bed so they’re useable to the villagers, and they are linked to every workstation. They simply will not spawn iron golems. What is preventing this?

it worked really well at the start but its gotten worse over time and now its stopped working fully please reply if anyone knows how to fix
