Mcenroe's loss against Borg in 1980 had a lot of similarities with that of Federer in 2008, especially because of the fourth sets, so this moment was very meaningful.
You said in the desc. of the video that McEnroe said Federer was on the verge of crying. Do you happen to have a link of that video, or at least an article ?
@srkucrickk6 жыл бұрын
Are you butthurt because Federer was crying? Yu don't need any other source. In this video Federer is already crying. John asked Roger "I know you are feeling so much emotions right now" and Roger emitted a crying noise 0:40.

LOL what a crybaby. cudnt he just be happy that he made a great match that day and that he also also beat nadal in wimbledon 2006 and 2007? pathetic child

+Ignacio Libre The thing is people felt very sad for federer. they felt so sad for him they started to hate nadal, and nadal didn't deserve that hate. yeah nadal didnt give a shit about the hate, but he still didnt deserve it.
@chakraborty19897 жыл бұрын
So ppl like u who hate "federer" because this, what if i say nadal violate 20 sec rule so that he can recover from moon balling and play same physical game again and again ??? federer 99% supporter are graceful like him .nadal never hated but he never get the support like fed get even if he win 20 slam.

it's funny how mcenroe is doing these after match interviews when i remember that he refused to be interviewed after he lost the 1982 final to connors

Maybe he wants to show how it's done properly. He does a good job here.

Rafa is a class act (from a Federer fan). You see him feeling bad for opponents he beats all the time. Del Potro Wimbledon 2018, Federer AO 2009, etc.

@kyuubiyura You don't have to be so defensive, I'm a Rafa fan and Federer is the greatest. Now this is not set in stone, a matter of fact after this past Aussie open will be a big defining factor in Feds career to see if he has finally fallen out of his prime. If Fed has indeed been "dethroned", and Rafa's knee's are healthy, Rafa will sweep every major without a doubt, leaving the title of g.o.a.t, only a matter of time for Rafa. If Feds just hit a rough patch well, he is still King for now,
