You'd be lucky not to be around the Boston area between February 1692 and May 1693.

wait.. wait.. magic scissors that can cut through hardened steel cable. He uses some sort of alchemy to make a homemade flux. And than, a... a BULLET?? A freak'n bullet? Ohhh, I gotta see MORE of this guys stuff.

Thank you so much! You saved me $200. I used 50%/50% mix of isopropyl alcohol and wintergreen oil for 36 hours, and my hard plastic carburetor connectors turned rubber again. I originally spent 2 Saturdays trying to get the throttle bodies on, but the rubber pieces were so hard they would not flex to put the throttle body on. I used your solution for 36 hours, and they just popped right on. No effort at all. Flexible again. It's so awesome. Thank you again!

So you need to put the carb in jar and not agitate it at all and see how the cleaner does on its own, that’s your control. The agitation may not be doing as much as you believe but at least you would know

How is this ultrasonic? Could you explain?

I thought you would have tested the coils first.

I was just thinking about a much simpler design as not everyone has a sander I could just tape my wife's Dido vibrator to the bottom of the jar . That should work ok & Almost everyone's missus will have one stashed away somewhere in the bedroom I'm certain.... lol😅😂😅😂

How do you keep the zinc from corrosion without a chromate?
@jonschickАй бұрын
I like the idea. A word of caution… CLR is a very good cleaner, but is quite acidic. Small die cast parts are frequently made of aluminum, zinc, magnesium and other such alkali metals. There is always the possibility of coming back to the shop after lunch and only finding liquid in the jar. I’m just saying…

Great work, but have you tried CLR without the sander? I have used CLR on many jobs and it cleans great just by soaking. Nice work though.
