Hi there, I just perform a quick noise cancel every time I start it up, set it in all terrain mode, recovery speed 5, sensitivity 23.. and that’s about it.. the factory settings on the manticore are brilliant. These are the settings that are working for me so far, but of course every field is different, you may need to slightly tweak the sensitivity. It’s a great machine. I hope you find lots with it. Regular price + ship one of these to U.S is almost $100.00 so my heart sank when the first "treasure" uncovered was a post WWII bullet casing! Sigh.. @suffolksearcher good stuff mate well keep at it. I've got 3 or 4 others that have done OK too, but nothing compared to my beginners guide. Even now over 2 years later it consistantly gets 400-600 views every day. Its absolutely insane
