Helloo i have a question can you use Mod Podge instead of the sculpty glaze to seal the design? :D
@bearberet16 күн бұрын
Yes clear mod podge should work just as well! Maybe test it on a small piece of dried clay first to make sure it works ok!

The losing money on shipping - I feel that 😂 After I started getting more international sales (particularly to the US) on Etsy, I had to really readjust my shipping prices to those countries to try strike a better balance.

hii! i use the same clay as you but the smell seriously kills me :( do you know how to get rid of the smell?
@bearberet21 күн бұрын
There's no way to get rid of the smell unfortunately! I can only really recommend maybe wearing a face mask and opening a window? Otherwise there are a lot of different air dry clay brands that will work just as well so you might need to try another brand if the scent is too much

Thank you you're too kind! ☺️ At the moment I'm using an iPad Air and apple pencil for illustrating. The printer I'm using is an Epson et2700 however it's quite old now and a bit unreliable so I'm not sure if I'd recommend it. Epson is a good brand though so I'm sure their newer ecotank models will do the trick!

whenever i glue my pins to the clay(airdry) , the glued section just falls off if applied even a little pressure . may i get any tips for this except for securing it with uv resin ?
@bearberet3 ай бұрын
Make sure you're using strong jewellery glue since regular glues aren't very strong! I personally use E600 jewellery glue and haven't had any issues with the pins falling off. Hope this helps!

Do you also draw the same design on the back of charm?
@bearberet3 ай бұрын
Totally up to you! I usually just leave the back as a solid colour but you can definitely draw the same design on both sides
@melissapugh14794 ай бұрын
Hi I was wondering do you draw in RGB or CMYK? When I draw in RGB and I print, the colors don’t look like the same as they do on my ipad.
@bearberet4 ай бұрын
Whenever I'm drawing something that I'm planning on printing I use CYMK colours! RGB colours are more vibrant and are for screens only, so when you print out an RGB design your printer will convert it to CMYK automatically. That's why you'll notice the colours on your iPad look more bright than when they print on paper if you draw in RGB. Hope this helps!

Hello ! I love your style, the video and the fact you are showing everything from start to end ! 🥰 I also wanted to give you advice for when you open and close a loop ; if you don't want to spoil the shape of your loop you can open it sideways. Like the jump rings you have, they are opened sideways to keep the good round shape. 😊 I wish you good luck in your creative life and can't wait to see more ! And for anyone who reads this, have a wonderful day ! 💖
