hey, what about a full print? im looking to run some custom bjj gis', and looking on how i would do that. Imagine something like a floarl pattern on all the outer part of the gi. How would that work? I dont think DTF would be enough because of the size of the stamp and the edges and everything. what do you think?

It's possible, we've pressed many things larger than the heat press, you just move it around to make sure all areas have been press. It's not easy but it will work.

My powder recommends curing at 340 for 5 min. We use a heat press hovered over the film. What could be causing the powder to cure unevenly? Some spots look perfect, othera crack and others look sandy.
@DTFSuperstore7 күн бұрын
Heat press hovering over the film is definitely not the best way to cure your transfers. That being said, you'll need to move the transfer around under your heat press as it's not really designed for radiant heating but direct contact so it will have hot and cold spots. I would turn your transfer halfway through the curing time.

where is the queue tabl, where you could selt the colour adsjustment for all future filles
@DTFSuperstore7 күн бұрын
If you want to make changed for all future files it's probably best to either edit the printmode or create a new one. Go to Devices at the top then Manage Printmodes then either double click on the printmode to edit it or right click and copy it to make a new one. Rename it and double click on it to make your edits.

@DTFSuperstore7 күн бұрын
your hot peel film's ink absorbing layer is getting over saturated. When you change film you have to check your ink levels to optimize them for that new film.

Had an HD 300 dpi design to be printed on dtf using mimaki and it turned out grainy. What could be causing this?
@DTFSuperstoreАй бұрын
sometimes graininess is from bad alignment, but it can also be caused by the CMYK Printer trying to print a color out of it's color gamut, sometimes is just the nature of digital printing.
@letsjazzitupАй бұрын

I think so is wrong with my Difference option.i tried to use the green shirt example. When I apply Difference it changes to yellows and other colors then after the halftone steps. It only knocks out only the black and not the green. It's in rgb mode
@DTFSuperstoreАй бұрын
The green layer you add above the image and then use the difference blendmode must be the same color as the green you are trying to get rid of. If the green doesnt turn black you've done something wrong with the blend mode. then make sure you merge the two layers together before following the halftone steps

Where can we look at the specs and where can we get a coyote. Is it better than roadrunner?
@DTFSuperstoreАй бұрын
dtfsuperstore.com/products/coyote-24-6-head-dtf-printer-only Better? it depends on your needs. It's faster, print quality will be very similar but it is more complex as there are 6 heads to keep aligned instead of 4.

is it normal, after having created the color knockout and halftone, for the print to have transparent material of the film in the holes of the halftone pattern? I wonder if its caused by the heat melting over those areas from the press...?
@DTFSuperstoreАй бұрын
that could be some adhesive powder sticking in the holes. You could also try a lower frequency number for larger holes
