My 9 year old goes to sleep between 9 pm and 10 pm, she’s just got a phone but it’s not used a lot.

My son has turned 10 and he has my old phone to see how he gets on. he goes to bed at 8pm on school days, weekends 9.30 I dont allow him to take his phone to school.

My daughter was 10 this year and her bedtime is 9pm sometimes slightly later but we try to stick to no later than 9pm every night. I’m still a no to a mobile but planning on getting one for 11th birthday so she has before starting high school x

I'm really enjoying KZbin at the moment too. I haven't put on Netflix in ages. My faves are eve and osc (😂), Fab & Ell (fellow twin parents) and Brogan Tate, she's just done a world cruise and I loved watching all of her stops. Very easy viewing xx
