My daughter was 10 this year and her bedtime is 9pm sometimes slightly later but we try to stick to no later than 9pm every night. I’m still a no to a mobile but planning on getting one for 11th birthday so she has before starting high school x

My son has turned 10 and he has my old phone to see how he gets on. he goes to bed at 8pm on school days, weekends 9.30 I dont allow him to take his phone to school.
