Turtuk is a village and the headquarters of an eponymous community development block in the Indian union territory of Ladakh. It is a small village sandwiched between the Karakorum Range and the Himalayas, and one of the northernmost villages of India, close to the Line of Control between India and Pakistan.

Careful I just went outside and farted, there's going to be a hurricane somewhere in Indonesia! Global warming caused by burning of fossil fuels, that's a hoot.

is that an old car tyre in the foreground? or just a rock that sort of looks like one? hard to tell... if its a tyre... nuff said. the sooner we eradicate ourselves the better. the end of the "garb-age" if its a rock. oh well. let the planet keep doing whats its always done, without us making stupid theories and hypotheses about it..

What kind of power does the glacier have? How does it show the power?

Gravity is the cause of glacier motion; the ice slowly flows and deforms (changes) in response to gravity.A glacier molds itself to the land and also molds the land as it creeps down the valley.

maybe these are the last shots of real living glaciers. mastabas of melting and destruction are unthinkable. we are losing them (((
