Love Fraser Island, glad you’re going well with your tour

Wow, the setup looks amazing, and the video is beautifully done. I recommend focusing on the thumbnail, hook, and CTA, as these are key to driving impressions. Your thumbnail could be improved slightly to make it more eye-catching. I specialize in this and would be happy to assist if needed. Wishing you all the best!

Lovely Ep and area guys, Are you towing your tinny up Cape York if so it needs some beefing up,
@fulltimeadventure5 күн бұрын
Thank you for watching, unfortunately we ran out of time and had to leave for the trip before I could make any modifications to the boat, So we will probably give Cape York a miss this time and tackle it as a seperate adventure after we get back. However, being on the road full time has given me some time to think of ideas to build possibly the ultimate off-road trailer!
@craigtomkinson28375 күн бұрын
@@fulltimeadventure Ok sounds good, yes trailers need built for purpose to do the Cape and gulf and the Kimberley, My trailer under our 5m is built strong to handle them roads and I have done the the Cape many times and kimberley and Nhulunbuy roads as well, have fun

If you do rough corrugated roads/tracks, you'll sometimes find the Bunnings plastic joiners will break. Either get yourself a 3D printer and print up some solid items or use 80/20, which is more expensive but waaaay tougher than the thin SHS and plastic fittings that you are currently using. Source : Been there, done that.
@fulltimeadventureАй бұрын
Duly noted 👍 I didn't know about the 80/20 until you introduced me to it. it looks like a game changer for DIY projects. Cheers to the next build being even better! 🍻

you're going to regret fitting such a large canopy to a small dual cab ute. All that weight over the rear axle is going to make it handle like a pig. been there done that. you'll end up with a lighter canopy in a few years like the rest of us
@fulltimeadventure3 ай бұрын
Yes, You are right, the overhang on Tritons particularly are absolutely ridiculous. After taking delivery of the vehicle it became very evident that we are going to run into issues, especially knowing what we planed to have in the back of it. To my defence, the dealership fitted the wrong size tray that turned into a long and complicated ordeal and as a result I went ahead with the easier option which was getting a custom size canopy fitted to match the dimensions of the tray. She's turned out to be a big canopy! (really pleased though with the end result being; more room and that the roof top tent has no overhang. and a 350mm chassis extension fixed the terrible handling and bum clenching chassis wobble) Stay tuned for upcoming build videos! Cheers, Ray
