If you do rough corrugated roads/tracks, you'll sometimes find the Bunnings plastic joiners will break. Either get yourself a 3D printer and print up some solid items or use 80/20, which is more expensive but waaaay tougher than the thin SHS and plastic fittings that you are currently using.
