It's an off meta build. It's "worse". Xbow/dagger gets weaken to reduce cd and a lot of hit and crit, stealth. Staff is large scale goodness.

@@Destroya511 Hi Destroya, right now - my GS is too weak(Provoking) and melee evasion is too prevalent so I like to play while on the constant move. With Adentus, it could be more viable though. I’ve always preferred without honestly since KR but it could be better here since burst is very important in Arena right now. I may try it in some unrated games and see how it feels 👍

Hi Hades, Kowazan is strong but I prefer to have Rex for its base stats + dex/bonus damage. If you are doing stricly PvE, Hit is pretty useless so Rex with its Attack speed trait line can cancel out the Kowazan passive skill.

Thanks Jamele, using your roll block can trigger it which isn't often used but there isn't any other passive that increases damage further - maybe Corrupt Nail but I stick with detection usually anyway. 👍

Hi Krizz, even though a lot of people strive to have 1.2k+ hit for their final builds - the average would be closer to 700~900 with the exception of GS and Staff users having their skills boost it up a bit but even then, it isn't really that high overall. We also have our detection passive which can increase our evasions by up to 410 with the trigger being getting hit. The amount of evasion you can build right now in comparison to Hit would have me recommend most people to go that route, however - if you want to go with a super bursty build, rolling endurance and going a Hit focused build also seems to be very viable (like my High Hit build). 💪💪

I think I expected people to have higher hit chance because of all youtubers/streamers and build guides always using full best in slot gear but that does not really represent your average player at least not any time soon. Hi Leedron, that is unforunate 😥. Can I ask how much evasion and HP do you have? If you are going with a magic/ranged evasion build, then you are vulnerable to melee players while going melee would be vice versa. I prefer the magic/ranged evasion version because you have skills in your kit to play around the melee skills whereas the magic/ranged burst is very hard to deal with going full melee evasion so you would have to full focus fire them hoping your skills would land. It is really dependent on who you vs really.

@@Fishingsloth yeah i kinda went for melee evasion thinking that mainly i get stunned by them. its in a 1v1 scenario though. later i found out that in large scale, range and magic is more deadly. i had around 10k hp and 1.2k melee eva with occasional proc of the passive i got to like 1.6k maybe. but i never fully commited to the evasion build cuz i was unsure about it. i changed now to endurance and i also changed the magna gs from fury to provoking. and it does feel more sturdy now. I guess theres a good reason why you played endurance on KR 😅. What is a good amount of endurance to have with the current gear? And should i also go for ranged and magic endurance like you did with evasion?

​​@@zaryllsegundo1434unless you are insanely invested or looted boss weapon early, you wabt to build evasion. The neck from collection with mitran has evasion, it's very nice. Only as you get the high endurance and more importantly DPS get high hitrate with T2 that's changing. For some builds there's a mix of shock and field or crit dmg set but U pay heavily for the boss drops for little results. Once U stack damage reduction on top of endurance it's starting to show big effects. That's being said, if U don't arena and wanna be top it doesn't matter too much.

With the buff to GS - GS/DG is a very solid overall class. If we're just talking about PvE, I believe the damage potential is higher and having a ranged aspect to the class allows for more flexibility during fights. Having an unlimited mana pool is also nice, not having to worry about mana at all. In the end though, you should just go with whatever feels more fun to you - you could try using a random crossbow,see how the class plays and see if it fits you.

Hi Vox, so I think by Assault Slash - you mean Charging Slash. It isn't needed to make the enemy prone but does help make it easier to use. 👍 You are right, the cold warrior effect will only work if they are stunned. The stun duration in this game is quite long so even if they are proned, you should still have a bit of time for cold warrior while you are spinning in your supposed scenario. A lot of people hate crossbow in T2 large scale pvp after the introduction to specializations but it still works just not as well. It is really dependent on how you build and how you play. It was also pretty reliant on Queen Bellandir's Crossbow though so that was a major factor of people getting into it. I haven't played KR since global launch so I am not sure how some of the new weapons fair but it isn't a dead class, just not as good but it really depends on how your gear/build is vs who you are fighting.

Hi momo, so because we are more of a hybrid class (Ranged + Melee) - going field general isn't as good for us like it is for GS/Daggers. However, it is definitely a good option because the Phantom Wolf was nerfed while the GS damage was buffed which does make it much more appealing now. 👍👍

Hi Leaso, if your Rex crossbow is almost/already fully traited - then you could just stick with that and run the spin bomb build with 50 Strength, 63 Dex and 41 Perception. If you rather use Kowazan’s crossbow and a cheaper build than the Shadow Harvester boots - you can use Blue Glade Stalker boots, Shadow Harvester Pants and Phantom Wolf Mask with 50 Strength, 51 Dex and 50 Perception. Just be aware if you use Kowazan, you are giving up Rex Crossbow passive skill which heals a ton while spinning. What is great about Kowazan though is that it allows you to run the high Hit Juno build with better overall stats than Rex if you wish to do so but that build is based around Endurance. Very strong offensively.

You tell me that the hit with the junobote gun does more damage than the bomb one? Does it serve for gvg? to enter and kill the same ?. I am doubting that build of yours make me if the 4-part wolf with a lot of evasion or the junobote with a high hit. Which one do you recommend me the most for gvg? I see, if we're talking mostly about GvG (Boonstones/Riftstones) then I would say one of the evasion builds for sure. You want to survive as long as possible while also dishing out damage. Spin bomb is more of a kamikaze build trying to get out as much damage as possible during spin while weakening your regular play outside of spin. Hit one probably deals more damage with how prevalent evasion is right now but maining that one in GvG probably makes you too vulnerable to CC's, you would really need a good healer to babysit you and play very well with your engages/disengages. The 4 piece wolf one with a lot of evasion is nice but the Dex necklace isn't in the game yet. 70 Dex in that build is still possible with Tevent's and Rex but would be very expensive lol. Could still be used if you go below 70 Dex but it isn't as good. 👍

Haha, thanks Shwacker~ That is something a few others want too but I can’t promise it’ll come out anytime soon. For Devastating, I think it is way too telegraphed - I basically never use it pre-engage. If you are tanky enough, you should have a few seconds to get your spin off then Rex should be able to heal you up to where reflect won’t matter in mid/large scale - because of this, you only really want to engage right when you plan to spin. Even without the Rex though, using Bellandir’s with the GS passive was able to keep me up long enough for my spin bomb to wreck havoc in KR 🦥🦥. If we’re talking smaller scale - then I’ll try to keep devastating held until mid engage and if I do see myself losing a decent chunk of HP to counter barrier, then I would just roll cancel it. 👍

@@Fishingsloth Dont know if this is a bug, but you can skill cancel Devastating Smash with Nimble Leap, cancelling the jump animation but still landing the stun. It wont put you closer to the target, but it will throw people off and allow you to land the stun in PvP. There is a bit of a delay for the stun to land too(about the time the leap would take) so you could use that time to Precision Dash in or throw out another nimble leap to close the distance and spin to win. Hope this helps!

That's just my opinion: for PvP it's not a great build. So any competent build person paying attention in meta build will beat the off meta.U lack stealth, period. So try around make it work and then U do the video. If U wanna excellent results get a third weapon, sns or dagger, bow.

@@emeukal7683 Stealth is overrated. Only useful for waiting out cooldowns yet the enemies cooldowns are also going down while stealthed. Anytime a player is walking towards a group stealthed it's extremely obvious they are going to open barrage so our guild/party just CC's them before it ever starts. Thanks for trying but your logic could be applied to everything. Off meta builds have opportunities to outplay as well

Just checked out the build. I disagree with neck, bonus damage is insane. Also, cool down reducing it works on skills right? We have barrage. For PvP I like Ur evasion build a lot more. I like how you build has magic resistance, it's a nice combo of items, but is belt of bloodlust really easy to U? If it is then at the same scope there's options to make it Better overall.
