Hi , my door is still operating , the problem is both the door handles have become loose and move around, they do not say in there correct position. Is there a part that requires replacing ?? I would like to repair/replace be for it breaks, regards,Heady

Mate you don’t own this unit. Because the shower even on a low flow will give you no more than 5 min of hot water. You then have to wait at least 40 min before you even think about having another one.

This made me cry🥺😥😢. We’ve wanted nothing more than a Sunseeker desert storm ❤️ since we first looked into buying a caravan mid last year. We had to move last year from our 8yr long rental through family friends (that always told us we would be in for life but owners had medical turns and their minds started failing them unexpectedly 😔 sadly). We had no choice in the rental crisis on the coast here than to move ourselves and sweet little 1yo into a friends garden shed that we are still in now as the wait time and cost of this beautiful desert storm means it’s sadly out of reach for us by 1/2 if I had to guess the price now. We tried to have another far inferior caravan manufacturer make us a off road bunk van but again, after 2 attempts by them, I was in tears just 2 days ago when our inspection showed so many major issues and they didn’t even get the suspension correct so we had to decline to accept it. (The inspector said it was the worst caravan he’s ever seen personally and professionally). All I want for Christmas, birthday, Easter and Mother’s Day is a Desert storm 😃to take our little family away from all the more recent memories of cancer, broken backs and garden sheds, and move outback of a different kind and travel while working remote towns for a few years showing our little one the old county charm, outback. Common, lotto 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼. The desert storm is the only home we need for the rest of our lives and I’d happily wait a couple of years for it if only it was few less 🍎 $. Oh how it is perfect🥰.

Hi our dometic fridge was running fine on gas but bottle ran out during the night has erro code 50 I've pushed button to clear fault but can't get it to relight

Some very good instructions and advice I did not see in other videos. We are new to caravanning but the previous owner of our first, second hand caravan (apparently very experienced) abused the old awning, necessitating a total replacement. Thank you for explaining how we can look after our new one. Much appreciated.

Okay here's the deal, we will buy a Desert Storm ATX if you can tell me what those deck chair's are out the front of the van!! ... okay we will buy an ATX anyway, but any information on chair's would be appreciated!! How do I get a replacement bottom bracket (mounted to trailer)? 3:08 I got into a really tight spot to back out of and caught it on a high curb. I just need the bottom bracket that bolts to the trailer. Thanks again!

When you change your fridge from gas to 12 volt do you have to change the temperature settings

Hi, I have just purchase a caravan with the dometic fridge, but it will not pick up 240 on auto, so I changed to manual and selected 240, but it still goes bck to gas, I have the plugged in at home at the mo getting ready to go away for the weekend and cant understand when in auto will not pick up 240
